I am worried that osrs will turn into something which is not osrs.
It seems to me that so many people did not join this game because they wanted to enjoy the old days again. It does
not
seem like they actually seek what the game was designed for. I believe people went to OSRS rather because they were sick and tired of the New RuneScape, but they still wanted the easier training methods.
New training methods constantly come out in RS3, and the game becomes gradually easier. We have already seen it in osrs, where I've heard you can get 150k+ combat xp an hours in a safe way, yet it was supposed to be balanced.
I would appreciate
if you actually told us what you really mean because I prefer it when words
have a meaning
.
It can be quite a big step going from a game where most of the skills have an insanely high experience rate and go to OSRS. It is no wonder people find it easy to get impatient and want things served on a silver plate when they're used to RS3, but please remember what Old School really was designed for.
Please remember OSRS is called Old School for a reason! Many veterans think difficulty of the game is one of the things that makes Old School Old School. I think it would be a great shame to give up such a fundamental part of the game.
Let Old School stay Old School!
