Before we randomly start nerfing and changing items within the game, i think we should first consider what we are actually about to do, and what items are effected by the changes, and not just wildly shoot blindfolded.
We have recently had a poll where the item "Tome of Water" was accepted.
Unlimited water runes
Standard Spellbook Water, Curse and Binding spell accuracy is increased by 10%
Standard Spellbook Curse effects are increased by 50% (e.g. the 10% defense reduction from Vulnerability would become 15%)
Standard Spellbook Binding effects are increased by 30% (e.g. the 10 second root from Snare would become 13 seconds)
Meanwhile we are buffing Magic, and the Crowd Control, duration when used on players, we are now also Nerfing/Removing any Magic defense for a lot of the wilderness Equipment people use.
I Really disagree with the nerfs, and the changes this implies will for certain empty out the wilderness. So on top of ruining ironmen and PvM / Skilling Accounts, your attempt to revitalize PvP is also making it impossible to Move anywhere and Tank anything within the wilderness, unless you risk the thousands of hours you've spent getting your B.I.S Gear.
We polled the Tomb of Water, without knowing you intend to remove our only option of fighting it.
