Making ecumenical keys a requirement for GWD instances feels a completely random and irrelevant requirement which locks ironman accounts of all types out of the content entirely. Unless they take an unnecessary risk with the sole purpose of avoiding a design flaw of the GWD aspect. The content was purely not designed to be solo-ed to begin with.

It feels like the proposal doesn't take into account who the audience of the instances is.

Solo instances will bring close to zero benefit to standard accounts besides providing them with an extra challenge. It makes no sense as a money-making opportunity as it significantly slows down the kills/hour and there are far better money makers out there.

Perfectly happy with the cost of instances though - it could be even increased. GP is fairly easy to obtain.

Edit: You could calculate the instance cost based on the average number of kills/hour. Then factor in the drop rates which are fairly widely available to reach a profit/hour point. Assume an average solo trip takes X hours and drive the instance cost from there.

I can't say I'm overly excited by the power-creeping off-hand. The reduced drop-rates on the clue scrolls is also unnecessary and yet would set a bad precedent for throwing in more reduced drop-rates, and increasing the reduction rates in the future, like 5% going up to 7% and then 9% or 10% and that's how power-creeping works. It's not just adding +40 melee accuracy to the highest tier of an off-hand that is just so out of the blue that the developers haven't even given it a name , but it's also adding a dash of reduced drop-rates here, a sprinkle of new bosses with new, better rewards there, and increasing handfuls of exp lamps because someone decided they should make a new achievement diary based off of the concept of Leagues tasks that just happens to be popular at the moment.

It's blatant power-creeping, thinly veiled as a new, exciting task system that is subsequently being used to fix GWD crowding issues that everyone started bringing up because of Leagues and it's like the team sat down, just brain-stormed the first idea that came to them, didn't consider the consequences or, literally, anything else, and just ran with it.

This is a bad idea. It's bad for the game. It implements more power-creeping, it sets a bad precedent for how the OSRS team will address popular issues in the future, and just like how all these things were brought in RS3, it's being eaten up. This is how it happens. You want a name for your OP off-hand? Call it the Bleeder because that's what it's going to do: one seemingly innocuous item that joins all the other seemingly innocuous items and updates added to the game that prick at the game's integrity, slowly bleeding it dry until we end up with RS3 in mid-2000 era graphics.
Here, I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret!

Depending on the lvl of boss achievements done

Let us change the Troll stronghold teleport in Portal nex to the godwars, like we can do with Camelot/Seers

OR

Add the trollheim teleport to nex wich we can redirect to the gwd entrance

OR

add the new teleport to the portal nex all together

The basic concept is alright. However, there are some things I heavily disagree with.

XP lamps? Sure, it's in line with the other achievement diaries, though maybe restrict them to combat skills.
Clue scroll drop rate increase? I see no harm, though maybe restrict the increased rate to bosses only.
Longer boss tasks? Seems alright.
Reduced GWD kill counts? Sure, why not.
New recolours? Neat.

Melee accuracy offhand? Melee is already incredibly powerful, and defenders exist - I don't see why this should be introduced. I would instead propose a ring with an accuracy/damage bonus to all styles (+1 (ranged) strength/+1% magic damage for each tier?), a ring with an all-new combat-related effect (small chance to deal X% more damage on a hit?), a combination utility/combat ring and/or a combination of any of the above.

Teleports? Offering them on an item just for GWD and TzHaar feels off to me. Perhaps rather offer a TzHaar teleport from elsewhere while offering Trollheim Teleport a right-click option to take the player near the entrance.

GWD instances? This has been much anticipated, but as others have already said, this is not the way to go, as it fails to adequately address one of the main reasons for the demand. I think the ideal solution would be to give the whole GWD the same treatment as the Corp lair: Ironmen (of a sufficient level) enter an Ironman-only instance of the dungeon. This would reduce the amount of worlds taken up by Ironmen thus freeing them for regular players, reduce the crashing Ironmen face as they have little to no reason crash one another and it wouldn't have a large impact on the economy.

Lastly, the tasks themselves. I do hope you consider solo players when designing these tiers. I sincerely hope you don't intend to eg. make the Elite tasks mostly completable by a solo player but have a task or two that requires a group in the same tier. There are players who don't have friends to group up with and don't want to deal with strangers.

I like the content but you do realize there are thousands of players who can't log in atm because lack of/wrong security for accounts implemented by you? I see the "too many attempts" issue has been open for around 5 months. Shouldn't that be a priority over content like this?
