Looks like an okay line-up. I wish you guys would drop the Artisan thing though. I'm sure you guys would love to work on it, but let's face it, the community just isn't ready for a whole new skill.

Any chance we can get a development progress update on the new continent? Aside from Corp, that's the biggest thing I'm looking forward to. I know you guys will do I great job with it so an update to calm my impatience would be awesome. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Drop artisan in my opinion. I just don't think its a good fit for OldSchool. I don't mind the other content updates like corp, I'm just afraid we're drifting away from the year 2007. What I really want you guys to release is the trading post, auction house**** or what ever your going to call it. We all heard about it awhile ago and now it's been put in the closet. Thats really what i want over anything right now. :@

Artisan is a cool concept in theory - if you were to implement it, please keep the current experience rates of skills unaffected. You could make some of the artisan bonuses increase artisan exp only though.

Two things:

1) Auction house (something similar to **b)
2) More boss pets! Love those. Maybe Champion scroll pets too - give them a little more value.

All of the "Artisan already failed a poll, no artisan!" comments here are very reassuring, thank you based community. Jagex, take the hint and don't waste any more time coming out with a 5th dev blog on this skill, clearly if the first 4 weren't enough to pass it, the 5th won't be.

Further more, in Mod Mat K's inbox survey , the results for Artisan aren't very promising. I personally don't trust the results for reasons shown in my thread (the survey was easily manipulated and required nothing more than a username, anyone with an autoclicker, common sense and 5 minutes could have easily skewed those results).

Taking these possibly probably skewed results with a grain of salt, you'll see that people said:

I would rather have dungeoneering than artisan - 21.79%

I would rather have summoning than artisan - 24.31%

I would like to see the ideas implemented into existing skills rather than a brand new skill - 30.10%

I am worried about how the balancing of artisan will affect the rest of the game - 31.85%

This myriad of concerns alone should show Jagex that artisan is a waste of time, if the failure after the first 4 devblogs didn't illustrate that clearly enough.

When you guys bring back bounty hunter, can you please make it so the targets can be on any world in the wilderness, because just like every other event or new area that has been added in 07, it will eventually die out, and if the bounty targets are limited to one world in a couple of months bounty hunter will have no people.

For example, if I am in the wilderness or the area where this bounty hunter target system will work, make it so that the target you get could be in a different world, and it will tell you what world they are in and the arrow to find them on the map, at least this way when the "minigame" starts to die out and people lose interest, the dedicated bounty hunters will not have to sit on the "bounty hunter world" and have no targets because barely anyone logs on that world to bounty hunt. Thanks.

Looking forward to the Corp discussions and hopefully Mod Reach talks more about the new continent. Other than that, the other stuff is trivial. Everything stated here is forwarded from a major corporation. Nothing here is my opinion. Enjoy your salad.

I for one would appreciate Artisan. It's new content in a game where 80% of the updates are quality-of-life updates. Eventually, the playerbase is going to run out of nostalgia and that's when they'll start accepting these types of updates more eagerly. I play RS07 because the game was better and it's that quality of gameplay I'm here for. Artisan will do nothing to change that, it'll just add to it.

And I do realize my neutrality will be mistaken as offensive by some of the more zealous Artisan protesters.

In the meantime, I'm just one guy. The attention to content is a step down the right path, but you should place your feet on solid ground. The community, and myself, love the idea of a new continent. Once the Artisan poll is behind us, that is what needs attention. RS07 needs more quests, not more skills, though those are welcome too if all else fails.

While we're at it, more mini-games would be nice too. Some safe PvP minigames with the potential for profit. I think a lot of high level PKers aren't willing to risk their Tassets in the Wilderness but would love to use them against other players all the same. I miss Fist of Guthix. If you want to steal PvP from RS2/3, take that one, not Bounty Hunter.

And, finally, permanent F2P. We know now it won't hurt botting. Will the servers crash if F2P is added? We have too many members worlds anyway. Convert some of those to F2P. That'll rejuvenate the Wilderness, and stimulate the economy.
