THERE ARE PEOPLE THERE, BAD PKER. They just aren't there to PK. Yet if there were a target system in place on every world, entering the Wildy immediately would mean either "I'm here to PK" or "I may need to defend myself from PKers".

A TARGET SYSTEM *CREATES* WILDY ACTIVITY ON THESE WORLDS.

In the good old days of multi-varrock pking, friends list pking, small group v small group, and World V World, having PKers spread around many worlds was absolutely a given - with there STILL being a few worlds highly condensed with PKers.

"Good god" you must be 2k10+.

Add a consumable non-tradeable that only works in those bounty hunter worlds.

People that don't want it will have no reason to vote no because they'll just never step in to those worlds. People that was pvp weapons/armor can have it, and those who like bounty hunter with rewards can have it.

It's already in the game: ovl at nmz.

Why not add say ovl, or ext range pots, or a food that heals 23+ or pvp weapons/armor?

Make them usable only on pvp worlds and make them various degrees of rarity.

~1/10 chance of enhanced foods/pots
*1/500 chance of pvp armor/weapons?

Theres nothing different. Target system in the wildy+pvp with NO ADDED LOOTS.

So i can basically be assigned a target thats ONE ITEMING and kill him for a dds...? But wait, i can already do that in pvp? Theres enough one itemers there, as well as the wilderness...
SO WHY THE HELL WOULD I PARTICIPATE IN THIS "BOUNTY HUNTER" MECHANISM IF THERE IS NO REAL BOUNTY WORTH CHASING AFTER???

What would happen if EP or PVP armour rewards were to be released:::

80% of the pk community: OMG I FINALLY GOT A KILL WORTH SOMETHING!(Because I risk 100k or less)
20% of the pk community: Look at all these noobs who got rich. Oh well. Now I'm more rich

Sorry noobs. Jagex isn't going to help you make money pking. I guess you'll just have to become a good video game player like the minority. Or just keep giving the good pkers all your loots. That's enjoyable too.

That's a great title. But it's not accurate at all. I've played this game since before 2005 as well. On many types of accounts. This is a business. And we all pay an equal fee. You are not special for never ending your subscription like I have done many times. Now you can make 5 accounts with membership and then maybe you can make a tiny bit of a difference. But until then you're just one voice like the rest of us.
