I'd agree with craters if when they originally came out, anyone who wasn't around the highest level in the crater would just get annihilated. So in order to even be decent in a crater, they'd have to level up 30-40 combat levels at a time.

The problems with the original craters were...

1. You'd have to level 30-40 levels at a time.
2. There would be no Multi-combat or all multi-combat. And the problem with all multi-combat was clans would walk in circles killing anyone who came in.
3. If you got a kill, you'd have to survive for 2-5 minutes with all the loot you had, in members that would be impossible. And in f2p the only way to survive would be to be a tank.
4. There was no strategic value to a barren wasteland all the time.

all these pkers need to stop crying about extra loot. the point of pking is not to make money, its always been a side thing that people do to have fun every once in a while. if you play runescape solely to pvp you should realize that this isnt and never will be a game based around pvp so unless you're good at pking you will ultimately lose money and have to re make it doing something else in game. if you dont like that then play a private server or a different game.

The problem with PKing is pures. Pures simply don't bring valuable items into the wild (maybe 1, but that gets protected). They don't even have the defense to bring in very valuable items, outside of weapons.

Make untradable items disappear when a person dies and you're on your way to something better. Then force those who want to PK enter the wild with so much cash in items (I would even say the most expensive shouldn't count out of high risk worlds). PKers would get to make money, because there would be only people with X amount of wealth in the wild. Those in the wild for other business could benefit too.

Of course, there would have to be another danger for those people (return of the revs?), but at least PKers could get what they want, a chance to profit.

Cosmetic rewards? is this eoc? you people offered a wildy hat as a cosmetic reward and it was dumb and people cheated to get it.

If you can't offer any incentive that isn't a stupid outfit ( I mean please most of us on osrs aren't 12 anymore and flashy worthless items don't attract anyone who has a real heart for pvp it will only make people pk for a new stupid outfit that would devalue castle wars , why not just add a target system in castle wars for extra tickets) if you don't make the bounty hunter what it used to be something of value and worth wild , I mean you're fighting real people here , not an ankou not teaming gra'ador , so the rewards should be tremendous it should be the best money making in the game .

Nobody I know is going to vote for this and sleeping forest will never vote on dead content , this my friends is dead content and it does frustrate me you never offered a poll that offered statuette drops because you know it would pass and weaken the economy a bit and a handful of people would whine and cry until a new cosmetic came out. Offer an additional valuable reward as an option in the poll(considering we do decide ) and give us a fighting chance as for a money sink you can figure that out later.

Bounty hunter was such a fun experience the wilderness was in it's prime even though the trade limit was ruining the game at the time. The problem in the late 2000's wasn't bounty hunter , people loved the random joy of loot that could be rewarding for impressive kills and how active the bh worlds were. What killed the game was the trade limit because nobody want's to play a game with limited interaction , yes an ep system will come with some consequences that could very well be worked out with adding additional money sinks with it , not giving us an option is what ruined this game in the first place , you guys take **** away from us and than when we want it back say no . Just remember who's fault it was BH was introduced in the first place. Bring on the skiller trolls.

This game is literally built around pvp, every single thing you do has something to do with pvp. The fact that you think it's a side part of the game shows how little you know about what you're talking about.
