I am not understanding Jagex's logic. This game is meant to be catered to the players. The players (clearly shown on this very thread) are demanding/begging/asking for EP to be implemented. Or some form of incentive for killing a target.
If the players want this, then why would you deny them the right? It shouldn't matter how it effects the economy (which by the way, it would benefit the economy, and I would be happy to slice any debate you possibly have for this) But, regardless of how it effects the economy, this shouldn't have any relevance since this is a player-driven game.
You seem to be forgetting the majority of us came back for old combat system +pking/warring. During EP days , the wild was THRIVING , and a very enjoyable/profitable atmosphere. Not to mention this was runescapes overall PEAK in the amount of players online at one given time.
The wild SHOULD be the best place to make money. You are risking in order to receive rewards. Regardless of any debate you can possibly have, which is fallacious anyway, this should be polled with a extensively detailed blog
This is "Power to the players" after all, is it not?
