Bounty Hunter and PvP Worlds? Really Jagex? WE ARE SPLITTING THE COMMUNITY SO MUCH! I honestly don't want bounty hunter. It was fun with craters, it sucked with target system. If you are going to even consider adding Bounty Hunter you need to REPLACE it with a PvP world. 1 PvP world, 1 Bounty Hunter world. As I said, I do not want bounty hunter. My dads pullout game weak

I hope you realise that this is not the case, nor has it been for a long long time. PKers make up less of the community than Skillers/Questers, nevermind PvMers.


+1. There are more PvMers than Pkers.


There is more pvmers because pking is dead because there is no way to make money from it.

You also say that brawlers have been talked about in a negative aspect? That is simply untrue. 90%+ of the BH devblogs/threads have said it is a good idea to add them in. The only people complaining about them are skillers. They think it is unfair because it's basically "free xp" in their terms. Well, that's not really true. It takes hours of time to even get a set of brawling gloves. In that time a skiller could earn so much more xp than we can from the gloves. You could even nerf the drop rate of them, make them stupidly rare. Like 1 in 100 kills. They were a great way to get pkers to skill. And if you think about it, that is just more time a pker is playing the game. Which is technically more money for you jagex. I think if you had a way to see which accounts in the devblogs/threads are active pkers or at least pk a bit are the ones posting about brawlers you would be able to see really what the pking community wants.


I really hope you don't just shove this poll out for BH until you get a CLEAR idea of what us pkers want. We don't want some stupidly broken EP system where we can get an ancient stattuete a VLS and a statius helm all in one drop. That was unfair I can admit that. I was making like 5-10m a day back in the old EP system. But with your team I know you can nerf rates and make it a very fair system for the time being spent to earn said money/brawlers.

One last time, Please take into consideration my post and everyone's post asking about EP/brawlers/other incentives. We only ask because it's what we love to do, and to do so we need money. If we find it dreadful to skill/pvm then it's just not going to happen. The poll won't pass if you just throw out a target system, especially where both opponents can have different targets. You should be assigned EACH OTHER to guarantee a fight. I have been pking since 2004 and I can tell you that the way this game stands, this update won't work and it will make very few if any happy.

I believe this is a good idea but only only SOME worlds, not because the rc'ers, clue scrollers etc will be getting attacked but because then it spreads pkers too thin over all the worlds.
I like the idea of the cosmetic clothing as a reward because an untradeable, statless (im assuming it will be) set of clothing impacts on nothing in the game but I do think there should be some other rewards. nothing like the old ep system that could easily get abused again but I've got no problem with the brawlers (as long as this doesn't lead to a whole host of new bonus xp items coming in) because after all you do have to go into the wilderness again to use them.
also some new rewards for killing a target could be some time limited enhancement perks, for example,
After killing a target,
- for the next 30 minutes you have unlimited run (to go hunt down any more targets that may be in deep wilderness).
- for the next 30 minutes you have a bonus 10% max hp.
- for the next 30 minutes pray drains at half the rate as before.
- for the next hour protect prayers deflect 40/50% damage (could be either) against other players instead of the usual 30% I think it is.
- for the next hour food heals 15-20% extra (rounded up)
the list could go on, with each kill you have the CHANCE of getting a random enhancement and therefore if you're a good pker then you may get lucky and have 2 or 3 enhancements running at once.
also I would like to see some actual item drops. untradeable so the player themselves has to use them and degradable so the player wont have an unlimited advantage, although I do realise pkers do want items they can sell to make a profit so maybe attachments for existing items could be drop to further enhance them. these drops should only come from people risking 100k or more though.
examples:
- a dds poison attachment making it +8 damage not +6 (degradable and tradable)
- a helmet with no defence requirements with a small strength and defence bonus for pures.

ok i hardly ever post on forums but here's my feedback as i pk and stream all the time, i see nothing gained from this update, especially when i risk more then other people just to get less then what i risked, this update just doesn't make me want to vote yes

if you were to add some kind of item doesnt have to be a item in game already could be something new like a new kind of potion for pking or a herb where once we pked some1 and got the points we could buy the pot or herb and sell it to skillers, or new armor and weapons, i do miss corrupts and regular pvp gear weapons, maybe you could make a different less op version of it

going back on the herb idea for a new pot, could elaborate maybe do something for multiple skills, like a new pickaxe that when u mine in wildy u mine the ores a slightly bit faster, idk you could elaborate more of of that but then again with osrs if the pickaxe is faster then others they'll say no because it will basically be bonus xp

as i am 1 def pure i would love to see new 1def gear form wildy, would be nice if they had passive effects or their could be like different versions of it for people who aren't 1 def

in all honesty i want to see a extra incentive in killing my target i want to be able to make money pking, not lose or break even ever time i pk, it would be really nice if you introduce new items from targets so no current item is being devauled...

crossing my fingers for new weps and gear plox =>, might have typed too much and dragged my point on for too long my bad, ill comer back with more feedback from my viewers when i stream today to see what they want also

another thought, if this is to pass and come in to the game - to prevent more "splitting up" of the comunity, make pvp worlds high risk only like 2010 since high risk pvp is dead we dont need two pvp worlds and a bh world or two ;s

So PKers just get an arrow to point them right to the next person, easy as pie? If you could turn this option on and off on both ends (IE, the hunter is the hunted), I'd support this option, but given that this will just make it easier for PKers to find skillers and cluers to harass as well, no support.
