I understand some incentives that bring money into the game being something that people don't want, but there needs to be SOMETHING for this to last more than a week or two. Brawlers, why not? The only place in the wilderness where you can really efficiently skill in my opinion is the resource area near mage bank, and if that does become active with skillers, more pkers will come pk there which only brings good for activity in the wilderness. Even with a 2x or 1.5x xp boost it still probably wouldn't be worth training in the wilderness to be "efficient" because you would have to constantly hop worlds, or get pked.
Another thing brawlers would bring is people going to places in the wilderness that are otherwise dead. An example in the lava maze. Who is going to go to the lava maze unless they are either A hopping for steel platebodies to alch or B Doing the elite clue scroll located here. Under the lava maze there are 2-3 black dragons, some sort of demon (lesser or greater), a runite rock, and some spiders. Or, The "Axe Hut" in level 55 wilderness, who's going to train there over nmz? With brawlers people might actually go to places like these which overall increases wilderness activity.
Finally, if you're complaining about doing a clue scroll and becoming a target, assuming this update is put into all worlds in the wilderness, WHY DO YOU THINK CLUE SCROLLS WERE PUT IN THE WILDERNESS?? Maybe it's so pkers can go to clue scroll locations and KILL YOU because you are in the WILDERNESS. High Risk = High Reward. If you risk going into the wilderness to do your hard/elite scroll you have the chance to get the "high reward" of third age, robin hood hat, etc. If you as a clue scroller have a problem with this then you can drop your wilderness coordinate scroll on the ground.
I support this update whole heatedly but I fear it will not pass because there are no incentives other than actually finding someone to fight (which might be an incentive on its own tbh).
