I like the idea of having a system that selects you a target as long as:
-its fair
-your target will not target you
-your target has no clue whose target he is
-your targets risk is equal to yours

I think a teleport option to your target is unfair. The teleporter may be at risk, but it gives the target no time to run.

There should be rewards for killing your target in some way. pvp is very expensive.

The arrow pointing towards your target can get very annoying if you dont want to fight him. I suggest that by default one does not participate in the target system. If he chooses to, he can check a box. But that box can only be checked if he has a certain risk. This should at least cover supplies for the winner. (about 50k?)

There should only be 1 world having this system at start. If it turns out to be populair, it can be added to more worlds

First of all i never pvp. i am damn horrible at it. but rewards like brawlers would some what make me want to give it a go more often. now ill go in there and i imagine die quite often. but id try it if it ment i didnt have to no life on skills as long. but attracting people like me into the wilderness im sure would give great fun to people who do like/ are good at pking. i mean even if brawlers were only usable if risking a certain amount. id still go out there and try my best at getting them and then a harder time trying to use them without dying and losing whatever ive been made to risk. idn but a required risk to use them would make pking more beneficial and if the skiller is lucky possibly get soe of those levels a bit faster

How would you feel about skulls that indicate the risk that players have for Bounty Hunter?

The skulls would have to go based on alch value as we don't have a system to accurately determine market value.

yes, it should.

Would it be possible, when the trading post is released, to calculate the risk with the average values of items?

I won't like those skulls as you can't hide your armour to everybody. But I guess your target should be able to see whatever you're risking through the same part of the screen that tells him who his target is.

Also a suggestion: Don't give a target's name to the hunter. Because if a target hunter get's a popular PKer as his target he might not dare to come. Basically it will mean you'll need to follow the arrow to find out who your target is first. So you can't look him up in the highscores at first.
