Why don't you consider adding something new and exciting, like a new spell akin to RuneScape 2's
Disruption shield, or a more powerful, 20-second holding spell
akin to Bind, Snare, and Entangle? What about introducing
skill-specific Brawling gloves
designed to improve skilling item yields (not XP) throughout the Wilderness, or
new items akin to Blessings that are instead Curses
and offer improved Prayer boosts at the expense of Prayer bonus? In example, an Unholy curse would be worn in the ammunition slot and improve any active Attack prayer by +1% more accuracy, a War curse would improve any active Strength prayer by 1% more strength, or a Honourable curse would improve any active Ranged prayer by +1% Ranged strength and accuracy. Similar logic would apply to the remaining curses, and maybe these could be upgraded through the Bounty Hunter mini-game until reaching 3% or even 5% of a Prayer boost. Each curse would provide a negative (-1 to -5, respectively) Prayer bonus, and all would be untradeable but require the consumption of their respective blessing.
Moreover, if you're offering a blighted Ice Barrage runes sack, then why not offer a blighted Vengeance runes sack and a blighted Fire surge runes sack? Similarly, if you're offering a blighted Shark, then why not offer a blighted Anglerfish, a blighted Manta ray, a blighted Sea turtle, and/or a blighted Karambwan?
