As reworked Bounty Hunter rewards, could we all consider new items akin to Blessings that are instead Curses and offer improved Prayer percentage boosts in exchange for a negative Prayer bonus? In example, an Unholy curse would be worn in the ammunition slot and improve any active Attack prayer by +1% or more percentage(s) in accuracy, while a War curse would improve any active Strength prayer by 1% or more percentage(s) in strength, or a Honourable curse would improve any active Ranged prayer by +1% or more percentage(s) in Ranged strength and accuracy. Similar logic would apply to the remaining curses, and maybe these could be upgraded, in a tiered manner, through the Bounty Hunter mini-game or a follow-up Wilderness-based miniquest until reaching a 2% or even 3% Prayer percentage boost (which may require higher Prayer levels to unlock). Possible visible indicators that a player has a Curse equipped could be shown on the character, possibly with a dark but colored, non-intrusive energy of some kind hovering around a small section of the player's body. Each curse would provide a negative (-1 to -3, respectively) Prayer bonus, and all would be untradeable but require the consumption of their respective blessing and Bounty Hunter points of some amount.
Alternatively, if these benefits seem overwhelming or overpowered in any way, then another suggestion would be to have these Curses maintain their negative Prayer bonus whilst enabling constant aggression from their related NPCs. For example, an Unholy curse would double or otherwise lengthen the period of aggression a Zamorak-related NPC has toward a player, increased from 10-minutes. Similar logic would apply to all other Curses.
Yet another alternative would be to have these Curses gradually replenish Prayer points when worn, just as Prayer enhance potions (from the Chambers of Xeric raid) do when consumed; and these Curses would still feature a negative Prayer bonus.
