If you include the teleport spell you will need to make it so that the entire movie isn't multi and single how bh was when it was released(you could be attacked by anyone who was your target at the same time). Otherwise huge clans will just camp and wait for targets to tele and get one banged. Secondly, I would recommend that the other parts of the world map excluding edge should be disabled just how it was when the bh wilderness version was released pre eoc.

I like this new idea a lot more than what was originally being proposed but 4 worlds is far too many, just have one P2P and one F2P or we'll end up having the same issues all over again aka a dead Wildy.

You said your intentions were to not further divide the pvp community, but adding Bounty Hunter worlds will do just that.

Either make all pvp worlds ALSO bounty hunter (which may fail polls)

Remove PvP worlds and replace them WITH bounty hunter worlds (also may fail polls)

Remove Wilderness PvP and replace it WITH Bounty Hunter (will definitely fail polls)

Make all Wilderness PvP ALSO Bounty Hunter (will probably fail polls)

Or don't implement Bounty Hunter at all, as it'll only divide the PvP community further.


I love the Bounty Hunter activity, but with our current population we can't support every PvP activity. For Bounty Hunter to be implemented, it must merge with or replace one of the other activities. Wilderness PvP certainly won't be the one to go down.


This is exactly what needs to happen, I rarely ever post on the forums but I am EXTREMELY passionate about not having Bounty Hunter on OSRS.

I don't agree with loving BH, I never enjoyed it in the past, but you sir, have the perfect post.

keep in the thing where if ur target is fighting someoneelse you can 2v1 but make sure two targets will always be the same to help combat this so you can be prepared the 2v1 thing will be one more thing different about bounty hunter added risk and u get a penalty for looting people not ur target so why not a possible penalty which is chance of being 2v1ed for fighting people that arent ur target

I'd prefer craters because it forced people to fight like as if in a lions den; however, seeing that is not going to pass, I would prefer nothing to change QUITE YET.

There are clearly more issues that need to be tackled right now.

1: The tribe has spoken: people want the small pk community to come together and fight. Too many available worlds/space is not permitting that to happen.

2: PK incentive: Bigger rewards for pking more than just for killing. I suppose an EP system requires a GE...to calculate values...So...seeing there's no GE...EP won't work...So let's find another way to reward pking more than the loot and a scoreboard.

3: We're moving too fast... The community is not happy...Stop...Let's rethink this...

4: Consider doing a livestream dedicated to figuring this out.

I believe that Jagex might actually be trying to ruin this game so we go back to main game. They want to split up the PvP community so that we become too small to support ourselves. They want us to turn back to Legacy.

Why? For the same reason adding to many PvP activities is bad for the PvP community. Having two different games splits up the player base. They want to make Oldschool Runescape die slowly so that we return to Runescape 3. They need us united under one game to support themselves better.
I'm a huge fan of Construction; love the skill. In particular I'm absolutely fascinated with the
Player-Owned House Dungeon.
My dream is for everyone to be able to build their own personal PvM challenge, one that rivals even current content.

Everything in this sounds fine to me, but why 3 members worlds designated to BH? I highly doubt any of them will be full in the immediate future, and at maximum you really only need 2, one for 'high risk' (no protect item or maybe you must risk a higher amount) and one for the 'normal' BH worlds. I would be one for possibly replacing the PvP worlds with BH worlds (seeing as they are the lowest population members world and barely used). I would also be supportive of restricting BH worlds to edgeville/wilderness areas.

Not mentioned here, but I do not want an EP system or the PvP armours, sorry Sparcy.

There may be some problems to consider with the 'teleport to target' spell.

Players in deep wilderness may use the teleport target spell to teleport out of > 30 wild. Perhaps that should be prevented. Also, (maybe a problem,) players could just camp with a big clan in multi and wait for targets to teleport to them and obviously they would stand no chance. For the solo player this would be a problem if they plan on fighting their target. Perhaps that would motivate people to gather a few friends and take on the clan, assuming it's not like 30 people. Maybe have a viewing orb or something to scout their targets before they teleport, or a warning if they are in multi or something.. idk.

having to wait around for a while to get a target is a bad idea it would get you out there more to have more of a chance to fight but that can be done in wildy/pvp worlds make bounty hunter different where you can get a target like the previous posts ive listed also if you go to bounty hunter areas/wildy/pvp area make there be npc* that can train you alot in combat

"In Conclusion:

We simply need the Bounty Hunter Worlds we had back after the craters (2k10-2k12) It was very active, pking was back at an all time high. The only problem was the EP System that was flawed with the Drop system - making things technically Unfair for players that got A mystic kill, or Ahrims / Max Gear Kill)

The PvP Armours would degrade on Death (Giving you a certain amount of Cash) unless they're above 80% damaged, Thus causing the player to get their PvP Armour or weapons. They will also last from 1 hour or 30 minutes of actual combat (Depending on the state: Corrupt or non Corrupt)

The Drop System will be linked with our current system & Have EP & DP for the other 3 Tables to be activated on a successful player Kill.

The Restrictions should be from Edgeville bank - to the lever (all the way down to varrock's Bar by the Wilderness Ditch) And Players should be only be able to go to the wilderness in this world.

Overall this will make people want to go out knowing what they might find, Thus bringing more Activity into the wilderness depending on if a person is doing the Wildy Bosses, Getting EP, Killing Dragons for GP, Skilling With Brawlers or Just simply sitting out Getting Ep & Pking Of Course"

Turn PvP Worlds into Bh Worlds

Bounty Hunter P2P WORLDS:
325: +1 world
337: non +1 world

BH F2P World:
308: +1 world
F2P doesn't have the risk value that can be brought out with non +1 theres no point for it really - would just be a waste of a world w/o any players in it.

YES! i love the "Entering the wilderness
In order to make sure that the players being hunted are nice and rewarding players will have to risk at least 50k in alch value in order to enter the wilderness on a Bounty Hunter world." part the most. im so pumped for this you guys just keep making this game better and better. yeah and i also think it should be bh world on pvp world and bring back brawling gloves so more people will have reason to step into bh world/pvp worlds. please bump
