This is the best thing to do:

Delete world 337 so the only p2p world is 325
Delete 10 p2p worlds of rs to make worlds more crowded
Insert target system to only world 2 (so bh ranks wont be boosted)
50k risk Entry (apart from +1)
PJ timer
EP for pvp armour, Brawling gloves, stats
EP boost every 30 minutes target every 15 minutes


You seem pretty desperate for that EP loot. Having a hard time making money the real way?

You call camping monsters like a brain dead animal the "real way"? There are more ways to play the game than skilling. If we're going to make subjective claims why don't we just remove skilling/pvm in general and just make it a FFA pking game?

Wilderness, PvP worlds, and the Duel Arena are already enough for risk PvP. It's a nice idea, but the aforementioned activities are already low on activity, and adding a fourth activity would only diminish what activity they're managing to hold onto.

Here is a suggestion to help increase wilderness activity: the alced value required to enter BH should be level-dependant. what i mean by that is for a lvl 30-50 pure/character, 50k is a pretty good loot (considering current average loot being really bad) but for a pure/main of lvl 90-126, 50k is next to nothing in terms of loot. so what i suggest is something along the lines of:

-combat lvl 1-30: minimum 25k alc value
-combat lvl 30-50: minimum 50k alc value
-combat lvl 50-75: minimum 75k alc value
-combat lvl 75-100: minimum 100k alc value
-combat 100+: minimum 200k alc value

this would not add money into the game but it'd guarantee a base amount they would get which is good and it aleviates the problem of having to add extra loots.

for example, Player A, lvl 105, does not do BH and he goes pking with 60k risk, he will fight what he can find, thus not guaranteeing a 200k+ loot upon kill.

On the other hand, Player B, who is also lvl 105, goes pking with 220k risk, qualifying for BH since he has 200k+ risk @ combat lvl 100+, and he gets a target, who also risks 200k+ since it is in the BH system. Now I think that this alone would be incentive enough to make people use the BH system without adding additionnal rewards.

This is just awful, there is NO reason why people would use the bh worlds over the regular pvp worlds. If this gets released it will be dead content on day 1. Also, the insta-teleport is a horrible idea, get teleported into a 40 man clan for insta-death, yay.

I think we should just ditch the bounty hunter idea, it worked when there was a trade limit and EP but now it wont.

Two things I'd like to see addressed:

1 - Why can't we just have a target feature added to the Wilderness on all existing worlds? After 5 or 10 mins, you'd get a target.
This would do much to encourage pking on EVERY world. You log into a world and start exploring the Wilderness. Within 10 (or 5, lower the better IMO) minutes, if there is someone in your world within 5/10 levels of your combat level, they'll be assigned your target. With such an implementation, there doesn't NEED to be any extra gear or xp , reward = a Rank on Highscores and the fact that the system would actively help you find fights (on any world!) and actually PK .

What we DON'T want is an empty Wildy on all but the few "Bounty Hunter Worlds". PvP worlds already have separated the community/pulled people from the general wilderness.

Yes, there should be worlds where PKing is 'the theme', but players have always been able to manage to choose which worlds are "The PKing Worlds" on their own (long before any worlds were listed as dedicated to specific functions).

For number 1, in short: The prospect of a lot of people pking in one or a few worlds is not worth the loss of prospect to find any people pking on every other world's Wilderness that would come with it.

2 - If there is going to be a target hunting feature - which if you haven't gathered, I would support if it were implemented to the Wilderness on all worlds - then there is no problem having a Teleport to Target spell in my opinion... provided F2P gets access to Tele-block.

Tele-block is a pivotal part of PKing, not just for Members but for any F2P player who is PKing deep, multi PKers from small group - mass clan. I don't know why this hasn't already been implemented (I probably missed a poll, was late to the 07 party) but I strongly suggest re-polling it.

We need to support PKing communities. F2P needs TB with or without BH.

I for one do not like the idea of having a teleport to target spell, that completely takes the "hunt" out of bounty hunter. However, it would also be annoying to spend 15 minutes trekking through the wilderness only to get a 50k alch value loot. So perhaps if the target was risking UNDER a certain amount, say, 100k alch value, the hunter could use a spell that would teleport them NEARBY the target, but still not directly on top of them. But if the target was risking over a certain amount (over 100k) the hunter would not be able to teleport to them and would instead have to make their way on foot. Or maybe even have the spell teleport you x squares away from your target depending on the amount they're risking, and the more they risk the farther away you are forced to teleport. This way the targets would know what they'd be getting themselves into depending on what they risk and would prevent people risking millions from getting jumped.

"In Conclusion:

We simply need the Bounty Hunter Worlds we had back after the craters (2k10-2k12) It was very active, pking was back at an all time high. The only problem was the EP System that was flawed with the Drop system - making things technically Unfair for players that got A mystic kill, or Ahrims / Max Gear Kill)

The PvP Armours would degrade on Death (Giving you a certain amount of Cash) unless they're above 80% damaged, Thus causing the player to get their PvP Armour or weapons. They will also last from 1 hour or 30 minutes of actual combat (Depending on the state: Corrupt or non Corrupt)

The Drop System will be linked with our current system & Have EP & DP for the other 3 Tables to be activated on a successful player Kill.

The Restrictions should be from Edgeville bank - to the lever (all the way down to varrock's Bar by the Wilderness Ditch) And Players should be only be able to go to the wilderness in this world.

Overall this will make people want to go out knowing what they might find, Thus bringing more Activity into the wilderness depending on if a person is doing the Wildy Bosses, Getting EP, Killing Dragons for GP, Skilling With Brawlers or Just simply sitting out Getting Ep & Pking Of Course"

325: +1 world
337: non +1 world

BH F2P World:
308: +1 world
F2P doesn't have the risk value that can be brought out with non +1 theres no point for it really - would just be a waste of a world w/o any players in it.
