If GWD will pass, does that mean LS will come out aswell? If so how will it works with the lsp when there is no GE. I can understand CS is no option without GE. Do not miss understand me I am fine without GE and do not support it!

But I want a system to see the drops from other players in the room to avoid scammers. Ofcourse people can still scam if they get a drop. But then I know that I can not trust them for the next time. Lieutenant of Hero PvM!

No, LS will not automatically come out with GWD. If we ever did any kind of LS system, it'd need its own poll.

Given the lack of a GE with up-to-date info on the real value of drops, I don't expect OSRS will ever get a LS system or a CS option.

However, we could certainly broadcast who's getting good drops to everyone in the room when it happens. That needn't be tied to a LS system, and it could even be applied to the KQ or KBD or any other boss arenas where people asked for it.

I still think that changing the noted adamantite bars to noted steel bars would be a better solution to simply changing it to un-noted adamantite bars.

Anyways, is it true that a prototype dragon pickaxe model exists or was that made sometime later? I'm talking about the one shown on the wikia site under the dragon pickaxe discussion.

Ash, I don't think a broadcast does much. I think most people want some form of LS system so they can team up with randoms off the forum and know they cant get scammed. All a broadcast message will do is prove they missed out on an item/share rather than think they might have.

Yes please do the broadcast system! could u have it ready with the gwd release day? Some of us will be doing 'Spilt teams' If theres no broadcast system then players will scam. Any kind of system where u can view the drop would be appreciated.

After clarifying 'what you'll get if 75% of voters' support it.. if they don't.. if 75% do NOT favour the iteration you offer to begin with.. will you be coming up with a second iteration to offer to the players?

Also, this 'provisionally' has me a bit concerned. How likely is it that 'changes' (be they nerfs, buffs, additions, etc) will actually REQUIRE the 75% support (I do think they should)? This truly IS a deal breaker, for me.

I just wanted to ask if it is possible to add the HP/prayer/ run option near the minimap?
So that we won't have to rely on OROIN client for that it would be quite awesome if you could add that up!

I'm having a little trouble following you there, sorry.

I think the answer is that if an update doesn't pass its poll, but there's a change we could make that might make it more appealing, we'd naturally look at offering the changed version of the update in another poll.

Game integrity issues don't go to polls. Like the toy mouse thing didn't. It's very uncommon for us to make that sort of change, as evidenced over the last few months, but we will be obliged to deal with those situations if they arise, rather than waiting a fortnight and then hoping enough people will agree that a fix is permitted! This isn't specific to the GWD, it applies to the whole of OSRS.

EDIT: Re-reading your question, I think this bit of the blog is what you're looking for:

It's possible, yes. We have the compiler required to change 2D graphics. It's not a small job, and it might take us some time to get decent-looking 2D graphics given our lack of an artist, so please don't be surprised if it doesn't appear on a poll straight away.
