Mod Mat K, I believe you mentioned on stream that everything that gets added to OSRS is what the PLAYERS want. Why is it that adamant bars are being dropped unoted without being polled by the players first? Sure it was being farmed a lot but it was only being farm so much by BOTS. That's something you need to understand first. Don't go back on your own words Mat. You know what you said on stream. NOTHING should be implanted to OSRS unless the players want it. The change of making bars unoted should be treated equal to the dboot/ags/ammy/staff/crossbow suggestions otherwise you may as just not poll anything and add it. If you want to not listen to the players and ruin OSRS then go right ahead. The outcome will be the same as RS3.

Although it is to be expected that sometimes changes will be made without a vote. The new pid system wasn't polled, and that's because it was also being abused. Personally I wouldn't mind putting addy bars to a poll, but I would like to know just what are the guidelines for what does and doesn't get polled. I feel that it's a tad silly to poll non-game-altering content (such as mouse wheel camera movement) and give it a chance to lose, but not a potential and sought after drop.

PID was being abused yes but bars weren't. Bars were only being abused by bots.
And when bars entered the game they went from the players hand to the smithers. Then whatever was produced from those bars went straight to alchers. This benfited many players. But making them unoted will ruin something that was once
great.

I am stilling waiting on any jmods response to what I said.

vote yes buddy... for many of us this update is deciding our fate for us...Come and gwd have a fun time and watch with satisfaction as people come flooding back to enjoy one of the be

I'm about 40-60% in favor of GWD as it currently stands. My vote is still on the fence however. Mind you I was about 95% against GWD earlier, before playing OSRS since release.

my suggestion is just take into account both what you feel is right for you and what is right for the community. Ultimately the decision is yours and that is the beauty of this that we all in our individual right are the status quo

I regularly vote in favor of what I think the community wants, however if I feel that GWD is shaping up to be too unbalanced (say if many of the rebalances being polled are nowhere near 75%) I'm still going to vote no for GWD. I understand the importance that GWD holds for the longevity of OSRS, but if there's a possibility of a re-poll should this one not succeed then I think a little bit of extra time in development may be good for both GWD and the community at large. But I'm currently leaning in favor of GWD.

I think many people be waiting to see how the main question that being "do you want GWD?" before they vote on it at all... I think if it failed it would just kick the wind out of a lot of people. I can only speak for myself but im positive many people right now are power training and or still playing in the hope of a gwd in osrs... I feel as if the excitement and momentum being built up within the community is a clear reflection of how well this community can come together and enjoy the game opposed to the darker side of the community. I think many people would have left long before a re-roll gwd poll would arrive.

you know originally the idea for the heads up camera rotation came from my corp mass? One day we were massing corp and noticed how incredibly lazy we were irl and how we didnt want to have to reach out our free hand and press the arrow key to move camera. lol. So we all submitted the idea together :)
