PART 1
The potions - They seem pretty interesting, I have no real opinion on them.
Infernal Defender - I think the stats needs to be looked at again , because if this is an improvement from dragon, then all the stats should be either the same or slightly increased in some ways, and the ones that give negative stats should either stay same or slightly increase as well.. But that's not really the case on some.
HOWEVER - I love the concept of having to need the dragon defender, but you can upgrade it to the new one, that makes dragon defender still viable and needed.
Judgement prayer - I 1,000% don't think we need any more melee buffs AT ALL, melee as it stands is still the top tier and making it even more stronger doesn't make any sense to me.
People say "well the -50% blah blah" but if you use tank-armor, or don't care that your DEF level will be 50% less effective ( which only effects hit chance, not damage) then it doesn't make all that much of a difference.
Also you smite your self really makes no sense at all, you basically are getting +10% more damage and accuracy is what I assume, but you lose 50% of your def(I assume its just your level) and you lose prayer pretty quickly, It just sounds horrible. Not to mention 85 prayer to have it.. no thanks.
Also prayer flicking would be a problem
Would make for a pretty cool pure though.
Sanguinesti Staff - What can I say??? Huge let down.
- It's basically a trident staff, with 1/8 chance to heal your self a little, AND YOU CANT PVP WITH IT.
Maybe change it so you can pvp with it, but you don't get the heal effect in pvp.
Also change it so that it's an upgrade from the trident staff into the new one.
When upgraded, give it a little more damage, and stats.
Ghrazi Rapier - It's literally a whip, but you switch the slash and stab bonus around.
THAT'S IT.
It's the same strength bonus, and has +1 more stab than whip has slash.
You can tell this was barely thought out.
