I'm going to say yes on this. Even since I got my puny 700k stolen trying to swap to rs3 for a bond early on in OSRS, I've wanted them. Nice job attacking the slippery slope argument of this leading to another Solomon's; in OSRS we can vote in only bonds without voting in other micro transactions, that's the beauty of the poll system.

I think bonds could be a positive addition to the game. With a few exceptions.

1. I would not want to see any experience rewards (offer non trade cosmetics/emotes and membership instead only.)
2. This should come with a term of keeping f2p fully open.
3. How exactly will this work between both games? Are you going to make the bonds transferable? explain yourselves.

I have no problem with someone spending 500$ supporting this game so they can buy 99 prayer, something I got by spending my spare free time playing. It doesn't cheapen my playing experience, it just ruins theirs.

Also, you really really think this will ever pass the poll? Just like artisan, it is something that makes sense, but you will never convince the masses.

Will definitely be voting no to this, if bonds come then I will have the same feeling for osrs as i do for rs3 - i don't know who actually put the time and effort in for their achievements, or who just bought them with real money. Osrs is free of micro transactions right now and i would like to see it stay that way

I quit rs3 cause of stuff like bonds, and i have no problem doing so for 07 RS as it wouldn't be 07 RS anymore. Slow down with these updates, eliminate even the thought of anything relating to bonds. NO to Bonds and anything relating.

I honestly do understand where all of you against bonds are coming from, but I also see some solutions to this. Either put a cap on how many bonds you can buy with real-life currency, or make bonds in OSRS untradeable. Bonds can be kept tradeable in RS3.

oh, forgot my final thought. You brought up a really great and important point I have wanted addressed for ages. You took a position that gold swapping was not against the rules. That's good, it's smart as it helps you as a company giving a better chance of people creating a connection to both games gives you a better chance of continued business. However, you then just left it to the community. That is stupid.

Make a G.E soulfully for swapping gold. Charge a 10% gold sink cost. Reduce all risk, make everyone safe happy and increase your business profits. Win win's are rare, but should be always taken.
