I think the Amulet of Peril should work more like the Dharok's effect.
Something like this...

Each hp missing results in hits being 0.6%-1% more accurate and 0.4% higher .
While having absolutely NO Attack, Defence, or Strength bonus. Essentially making it
useless in other scenarios. Also, being used with Dharok's negates the higher hit bonus, and reduces the accuracy boost to 0.4%. In addition to that, I believe it should also have
a -5 prayer bonus , similar to the Amulet of Zealots in Rs3. Truly making it, the "Amulet of Peril".

The math would be like this:
80/80hp=no bonus(obviously) Normal max hit=30 New max hit= 30
60/80hp= 8% damage boost Normal max hit=30 New max hit= 32
40/80hp= 16% damage boost Normal max hit=30 New max hit= 34
20/80hp= 24% damage boost Normal max hit=30 New max hit= 37
1/80 hp= 31.6% damage boost Normal max hit=30 New max hit= 39

As you can see, the bonuses wouldn't be overpowered, because of the amount of
hp you need to lose in order to receive the boost. The accuracy would work in a similar
way. To REALLY reap the benefits, you'd have to be 50% or lower hp, which in any combat
bracket can result in insta-death.


Hope you guys can look into this idea.
(This is just an idea, anything can be further balanced.)

Looks good to me.

As you can see the relatively small pking community will always be outnumbered by whiners that can’t read dev blogs or accept we need updates too.

Idk if you’ve spoken to many pkers but if you don’t give us something soon the game is not gonna be worth playing. Waiting till mid 2018 for these updates will be too late so give us something soon. Poll the non controversial bh updates we all want.

The dev blog has been updated, please check the updated version here .

Changelog:
- Added an alternate version of the Amulet of Peril. The original version remains unchanged.
- Altered the Loot Key Scroll so that it only allows players to gather 5 kills to keys. After this you will need to redeem another Loot Key Scroll. No other changes were made.
- Altered the way PvP armours degrade so it no longer impacts switching gear, such as in hybrid fights. The armours will still only last for a maximum of 60 minutes.
- Added clarification regarding why PvP armours degrade.
- Added a new reward, Sinister Scroll.
- Added a new reward, Ancient Crystals.
- Added a new reward, Minus XP Lamp.

The 10 lamp cap is abit sucky imo, why not make it so every lamp you use it costs +1m to open,

Lamp 1 = 3m
Lamp 2 = 4m
Lamp 3 = 5m
Lamp 20 = 22m

This would make it stupidly expensive for anyone to try anything stupid and not put a cap on people using them.

Loot Keys
Congratulations on ruining Loot Keys. I will now be voting no on these keys until you release the drop rates and cost structure around them. These not being a permanent feature almost completely ruins the point of them. The idea around the keys was to get people to hunt the "gatherers" in the wild thus reviving the pking food chain.

Now with your current proposal and unspecified drop rate, a pker, who this whole update was targeted for has the burden of more cost to be effective.

Why was this change proposed? The keys were going to pass in the old form if you just clarified a few things for people. This is a drastic change to your original idea and completely undermines the core concept of the loot key.

You've now secured additional no votes, gratz.

PvP Armor
So T80 armor that is supposed to be BIS only rewards you with a cash reward that's less than your standard DH set? Are you serious? Why the hell would I ever fight someone in that armor only to be rewarded with what 2m? That is complete ass. This will also ensure that rev's are crap gp/hr in 2 months. This cash reward for the armor has a direct impact on where the GE pricing will settle and ultimately where the GP/HR for Rev Caves will settle. If you want to ensure that these caves die out in 2 months leave the GP/Hr where it is and watch.

Still a no vote for me atm.

Good Things You've done
-PvP armor degradation fix, thank you.
-Sinister Scroll, great idea should be charged with essence from killing Rev's with it on. Forces more users into the caves.
-Ancient Crystals, this is amazing.
-Minus Lamp, I support shows you care about pures too.
-Amulet of Damned Rev 2 - is significantly better than the first version of that you proposed.

Horrible change to loot keys, might have ensured they don't see entry into the game with this one.
