Hi all, thank you for your feedback. The Dev Blog has been updated one final time before going live in-game today at around 5pm GMT.

- Added a new poll question to the God capes offering a Magic damage % bonus.
- Added a new poll question to the Revenant gloves/vambraces offering a lowered drop rate.
- Split the PvP armours into separate questions.
- Clarified that the Amulet of Peril effect would not stack with similar effects such as the Dharok's set.
- Doubled the fee to make PvP armours wearable in order to add more reward for any player that defeats someone who is wearing the armour.
- Increased the defence level requirement for PvP armours from 78 to 80, because nice looking numbers matter.

Chaos alter - seems like a big waste of dev time it will be dead content.

Mage Arena 2 - is cool but on the Q&A they they are changing it to just 1 kill to obtain yet the poll states its only 1 kill after your first cape.

Also alot dont like you have to re obtain it I mean make it so its always lost on death in wild but outside of pvp you are jsut forcing pvm'ers into pvp content and forcing players to do stuff never goes well if the question ends up failing I guarentee this would be the reason.

Rev cave - its a cool idea but having BIS items coming from wild again is just forceing people into pvp content, BIS items should come from hard to kill high tier boss's not low level npc's.

PvP armours - To OP quite honestly when raids armours kept failing why you thought this was a good idea is beyond me dont matter how much it cost to maintain there to strong for how easy they are to obtain something similar to these would struggle to pass a big pvm drop poll like raids 2, dont see these ever passing.

Alright buddy I hardly use the forums but your response made me feel like I need to. Oh, wait, no it doesn't. I can choose to not reply. Just like anyone who plays can CHOOSE to not get the new cape or vambraces. It's a choice. You're not forced into PvP content. Just don't get the cape. It's that simple. People are still using fire capes even with Inferno out. You think they feel forced to grind inferno or just not play? Nah. It's childish to think this is forcing anyone to do anything. The intent is to bring more players into the wildy and this update is a great way to do that, INCLUDING making the cape disappear on death and requiring a recharge from the same bosses. This means it won't be dead content (as you flamed in the beginning of your post) a week after it comes out. If you don't like it, don't do the content. No one is forcing you, princess.

This is not how you bring more pkers to the wildy.. this is bringing more victems to the wildy to get killed by pkers that can only kill defenceless pvmers .. this is not how you bring more pking in the game cuz nowadays the “pkers” are only killing pvmers .. if you want more pk there need to be a very easy money making method so ppl dont care about losing a few sets before learning how to pk .. edg pk and pvp worlds are completely dead

From the beginning of RS, there was always supposed to be a risk factor for certain high rewards in the wilderness (Rune rocks, KBD, Chest in lava maze etc.). Skillers don't have to venture into this wilderness for these gains if they don't want, the previous methods of skilling are still available. 90 percent of RS is non-pvp, bringing activity to the other 10 percent for pkers (who really are the ones pay for a lot of what skillers supply) is a good idea. Plus these ideas are awesome. Yes to all
