I agree wholeheartedly with Perfect Axis! Pking should be profitable. It is not fair that pkers have to spend 95% of their time on the game making money through skilling or bossing, instead of actually pking. When people are forced to make their money other ways, it keeps pkers out of the wildy or PVP worlds and instead keeps them at fishing locations or bosses. I also think that 75% of votes needed to pass something is WAY too high. I think that a 2/3 majority is plenty. I even like it on RS3 where anything that gets over 50% of the votes passes. When it's 75% percent it gives the grumpy minority way too much power. Essentially voting no, is way more powerful than voting yes. I don't think there should be such a disparity.
ty for ur support let our voices be heard continue to contribute to the forums its the only way pkers are goign to get what they want for a funner better pvp

All I'm saying is that Bounty hunter could have stopped raggers from keeping people out of the wild, because that's what 325 pking is, nothing but damned raggers.
Nobody can pk, it's seriously "Omg you killed me! permed ragged!" and the pkers night is ruined because some 12 year old couldn't handle losing his stuff in the wild, it's ridiculous and I don't know why people are voting no for content I've especially been waiting for, for months now.

So if you don't pk you just vote no? is that it? Please.. Repoll BH and have pvp worlds taken out because their filled with useless trolls and if anything I lose heaps of money and time trying to pk for hours only to come out with nothing in the end.

I can vouch for this, when i got 99 str i went pking and was ragged all night by mcsicks, i literally almost cried i had worked for 2 months to get 99 str to be an elite pker and my night was ruined by a ragger that was literally 15 levels above me.

10 min to wait for a target seems odd, maybe npc's that you talk with that will hand out targets (if not the 10 min wait changes.)

I think 1 member world and 1 free world is enough, 2 member worlds will make the players spread between 2 worlds and that can result in 1 world not being used.

Maybe a EP system or a system that calculates the risk of the other player and your risk, and that will then result in a % chance of getting statuettes? If they are being added. :D Clueless runescape veteran.

Incentive(rewards) will be determined by a future poll. Rewards that are too exploitable or are too generous will not pass that future poll. In the meantime I wish this poll to get BH into the game would pass. Not only could the mechanics be tweaked as needed but if enough people gravitated towards these bh worlds - gooder things could happen.
(currently I cannot afford to pk nor do I have the right stats to pk at this time) The point of the journey is not to arrive.

I would actually prefer the drops of statues/pvp armour if bounty hunter comes out.. I would love the ep system if it were to come back with bounty hunter!
This kept weapon/armour/food prices somewhat inflated for a long time in the past and it would do the same thing here! So I do hope there are statue drops once again!

id love to pk in old school but i don't have the patience to lvl combat like I once did. If there was some way to let players who had an account before 2008 to transfer xp from eoc account to the 07 account that would be nice. Maybe only let them transfer xp one time for each skill.
