Voted No on BH due to untradeables. You should be able to pick them up on death!
People will fight in painted rune kites and helmets, or torso, penance skirt, fighter hat, and rune defender for melee, and full void + painted kiteshield for range.
That's anti-fun as you can literally get 0 items from them. Being able to return for untradeables is not a good mechanic, and if they want to use them so badly they can stick to PvP worlds.

And no, not many people would quit because of a lack of an update, in this case an incentive to use BH.

The belief that players will 'quit' if an update doesn't come is non-existent, we have stats to prove this simply doesn't happen, so we have little to no concern with this.

Mod Ronan may not be the brightest crayon in the box then. What happened to RS3's PvPers? When a game stops being fun people quit. If the wild gets inactive PvPers will start leaving. That's the way it has always worked. It's hard to use statistics to prove or disprove this, but we've seen plenty of times how updates can hurt the game and more importantly how lack of action from mods can as well. Not making PvP more enticing will definitely hurt the game.
find cached pages before the update of rs3 and after and compare the players that are active gg (at same time)
