As for why it was like that before, I'm afraid I don't remember how that arose. I do recall the developer saying something about it being an incredibly long process, so she might have refused to let players queue up 28 of them due to the inactivity time-out. I also recall her saying she found the code really hard to do, so she might have simplified it.
