Creating a boss with simular mechanics as the stealing creations minigame.
There will be one team, max of 10 people. (instance dungeon, a clanchat can be used with only the people in there to enter) Or ofcourse join a random team.
When the game starts you have X time to create armour, food, potions etc. Simular to SC you need to collect items yourself to craft and create the items needed for the boss fight. The items rank from tier 1-5, level 0-20-40-60-80 are needed to create and collect the items.
This way you will need skills + combat to fight a the boss. No high level skills means low level food and armours/weapons. Making it a LOT harder to fight it.
Reward I am unsure of but I'm sure something could be worked out with this

These new items called 'Masques' (pronounced m-a-s-k); they are worn as a head slot such as a helmet or hat.
Specifically there will be 3 different types of Masques:
Masque of Magi
- Gives a good stat increase for magic (on par with Infinity Robes).
Masque of Rage
- Similar to the Magi Masque but instead gives boost to strength, attack and defense (slightly more powerful then the helm of netiznot).
Masque of The Marksmen
- Finally a rangers type Masque which can give a challenging alternative to the Robin Hood Hat (stat wise).
Now the fun parts how to obtain the Masques:
Each of the 3 Masques have a specific 'mob' for you to kill in order to receive them; whilst they are a challenge to receive I am thinking of having the drop percentage rate at around the same as a clue scroll. This is to ensure that everybody has a fighting chance at getting them.
The mobs you have to kill to obtain these items are as follows:
Malaki - the Mage (Level 126 - uses a combination of snare, confusion and wave spells - his attacks also have a chance to rot your food).
Kenshi the Fury / Rage (Also level 126 and wears the same attire as the combat tutor in tutorial island, uses a halberd which can stun / knock you back and has the chance to drain hp).
Shou the Assassin (Level 126 has a unique set of armour, similar to a shinobi and uses a shortbow for speed, his attacks have a poison which drains prayer and health).
Where are they located?
This is the hard part as of now I was thinking an area in the wilderness (Black Knights Fortress / Castle) however a trapdoor in the courtyard. A requirement to open this door would either be a key, which is dropped from all types of slayer monsters and you can only have one on your account at once. Also to avoid 'jumpers' in the wilderness there will be a mounted glory amulet upon defeating one of the above NPC's.
Pictures will be emailed to JaGeX as drawn 'blueprints' for the masks.
Each of the Masques has a unique style:
Magi - Has blue eyes and a water droplet placed at the top center of the masque.
Rage / Fury - Has red eyes and a red / black tear under each eye, at the top of the masque there will be a flame being centered and push to the right.
Marksmen - Has black eye shadow under the eyes and a black crescent moon on the top of the masque.
How to sustain the item:
Whilst these are unique items I would also like them to be durable, for a price similar to barrows (can change) they can be repaired by yours truly (bob).
Requirements
To wear each of the Masques you will need at least level 50 in each of the chosen Masques skill set; this is to make a bridge for the 40 - 60 levels as there are limited weapon and Armour choices as of now. Giving people a new armour / weapon set to experience while aiming for dragon.
I have also thought about making them non - trade able like the defenders.

Other Possibilities
To have the NPC's also drop there signature weapons all with a special attack; apart from the staff which will have the signature spell of snare and attacking in 1 spell.

I have a feeling that everyone is going to vote for the kraken...so, Ash, Nexus, Mat K, & Reach...are you guys going to pick up another players idea later on down the road?
I think a great update would be to create 2-5 new worlds where new players to the game can play for free. This would keep the game moving forward with fresh new players who want to try before they buy. Additionally, this would still generate profits for Jagex from advertisements and new players purchasing membership. Poll this idea and see how much support it gets.

Battle of the Royals
Type- pvm minigame
plot-The kalphite Queen and the King Black Dragon were having a chat when the question of who the stronger ruler was. The two of them both though they were better then the other. Soon this esculated in to a heated arguement where the end result was the two races go to war. Your job is to side with one of the armies and help defeat the opposing army.
Amount of players on a team 1-4
Sides-
-KBD
If you side with the KBD you will put in a platoon of your team and a team of 5 dragons. You can have up two metal dragons and 3 reg. however ever you will hav a rating cap to prevent from chosing all the highest lvl dragons. You and the dragons will fight through waves of kalphites.(I know sounds easy but it wont be)
-KQ
The Kq side will also be 10 waves. The Kalphite side will have you in a group of your team and 8 kalphites ( the kalphites in the mini will be stronger then the one in the kalphite nest.)
You will choose a group of 8 kalphites who were trained by the kalphite queen herself for combat. And of course you will have a rating cap on the kalphites to prevent a easy sweep of waves.The kalphites will be specialized in combat style they are choosen for. You can have one kalphite that will carry 10 items for you.
-Support troops Dragon will hav effects as described in waves section.
Kalphites will have effects as described in waves section.
-Waves
Sided with kalphites-all dragons facing will inherit the magical fire atk of kbd. metal drags. get all version of magical fire. reg dragons get one depending on the dragon's color.
stats will be boosted according to their lvl buff
Greendragons- get poison magical atk buffed to lvl 150
blue dragons- get freezing buffed to lvl 180
red dragons get stat reducing buffed to lvl 220
black dragons get freezing and stat reducing buffed to lvl 250
metals get all 3 magical abilts metal dragons do not get a lvl boost due to inheriting all 3 magic atks
KBD lvl will be boost to 350 to show he is the true king of dragons and fire atk can not be fully resisted
Deravarg lvl 300 green dragon (Brother of elvarg) Dragon flame can not fully be resisted, has a powerful range atk
wave1 5 green dragons
wave2 3 green dragons 2 blue dragons
wave3 3 green dragons 2 blues 2 reds
wave4 4 green dragons 3 blues 3 reds
wave5 5 green 4 blues 4 reds 2 blacks
-Kalphites camp aka free heal and team gets a buff and llittle food is given
wave6 6 bronze dragons and 2 greens
wave7 4 iron dragons + 1 of all previous dragons
wave8 8 steel dragons
wave9 5 mith dragons + drop supplies
wave10 KBD will appear and call 2 mith dragons (kbd will be immune to all atk* except kq till all other dragons are defeated.) the mith dragons are defeated kbd will be furious and tells you he like you to meet a relative of elvarg. deravarg will appear. The Kalphite queen will be using her chain lighting atk on kbd but the atk will not link with the other dragons.
