Lastly.. EDIT: More on Page 32.
Item Models:
Mist Battlestaff - Recolor a Mud Battlestaff as white/blue, or something similar (cyan).
Mesoglea - Recolored Disk of Returning.
Dragon (Short) Sword - Recolor a Rune Sword as red, or red/black, which will make it look quite different from the Dragon Longsword.
Dragon Javelin - Recolor a Rune Javelin as red, or red/black.
Water Cape - Take the Fire Cape just as it is, and color it a darkish blue.
Monster Models:
Juvenile Jellyfish - Use a recolored "Spinner" from Pest Control minigame.
Torrential Spectre - Take the Aberrant Spectre model and change it to a blue color.
Area Model:
Be creative with this one. Copy and edit any of the "underground watery" areas of the game that you have at your disposal, such as areas surrounding the Dagannoth Kings.
Miscellaneous Notes:
-The Mesoglea is tradeable.
-A Mesoglea is required to enter the Torrential Spectre area each and every time (it disappears after entering).
-Torrential Spectres behavior: They will mage (Water Tornadoes) from a distance, but will walk towards the player until they are able to also use melee.
-68 Fishing is required to kill a Juvenile Jellyfish with a Barb-Tailed Harpoon.
-68 Slayer is required to kill the Juvenile Jellyfish and complete the quest, 88 Slayer is required to kill Torrential Spectres.
-68 Magic is the requirement for using the God Books and associated Runes to open the door.
-Jagex Mods may also add more to the Quest itself. I merely provided a short summary, which alone would only make it a rather Short quest.
-The Water Tornado animation would be copied from Armadyl GWD, perhaps colored a darker blue as well. The attack would be able to hit people standing next to you, like with Dagannoth Prime.
-The entire area is multi combat. The Juvenile Jellyfish are not aggressive. The Torrential Spectres are aggressive, but will be spaced fairly far apart. They can follow a player anywhere in the area. Long live the Wilderness. Long live risk vs reward in PVM. Long live 2006.
