ISSUES WITH PC @JAGEX
Let's talk about the pest control update, not the pride event.
I've tested it out and I believe there are some issues:
1. The activity bar seems to drop too fast. I was standing next to the knight and my bar dropped to 0, which is ridiculous considered I was protecting him, but couldn't be active because of the lack of monsters spawning. When I noticed my bar was dropping it was already too late and no monsters were spawning so I couldn't stop it.
2. Right now activity is scaled on hits and not damage, which I believe should be changed. I've been using blowpipe for the few games I played, because the fast consecutive hits kept my bar at maximum the whole time. Other slower styles, which hit way harder but way slower, like dharoks, are at a serious disadvantage as of now.
These 2 issues aside, it's a really great update! More effort = more points, I like that! Also, everyone is way more active now so games are faster and teams are overall, more efficient.
I'd like to reply to some of the people that are against the pride event, but I'm not going to put effort in trying to convince them. It's just plain sad.
I'm really glad you put that event in the game and I hope you'll continue doing so.
