EOC changed the very fabric of the game, the way combat was played it turned what RS was into something entirely different.

This is just a nerf leaving more room for different content to get those sweet sharks all the ironman are crying about.

Zulrah
was to profitable, they finally nerfed it. Now they have more room to create different content that benefits ironman to get their supplies.. Besides ironman is supposed to be hard, it's a much harder game mode than the normal game mode, therefor it should take much more time, zulrah gave an easy way out of that game mode now it's just became harder, besides it still drops food so stop complaining.

VOID
was op in pvp. You risked nearly nothing while doing massive damage. They nerfed it now there is room for different armor, different styles of pking. If you love to pk you should apploud this now there can be room for a different approach in pvp.

Whining that you will quit or the joy of the game is gone, maybe ask yourself did I play this game for the wrong reasons? Because if the game only resolves around that one set piece of armor to kill people which was strongly overpowered maybe you're just afraid to take up a new challange.

Thank you for this update, it was needed and if people really quit because of some nerfs then they probably never liked the game in the first place.


your an idiot ... a different approach in pvp? lmfao pvp builds take months to build some of us have lifes and cant afford to build a new account based off unpolled updates

At last, it seems that they have figured common sense. The fact that they didn’t poll it either was a great sign of acceptance. The OSRS team of Jagex finally understood that they are giving too much power to the community and that they are letting through too much ideas who encourage players to become more and more lazy. Zulrah wasn’t one I had an issue with, but I can easily, using the poll history, list all of the updates who weren’t necessary to OSRS. All of this, is a great step, but it is still baby steps. They’ve taken a decision and investigated something that wasn’t making sense in a way that it was too rewarding because it was too hard. Zulrah’s old drops were the true definition of a Children’s dream life. Little to no chores and only candies for dinner. To the point that maxing a normal account isn’t as much challenging as it used to be, where maxing any of the Ironman tier truly is the only real challenge.
The Void nerf idea is also a good one. Whether or not players like it, it is but a truth that everyone into the PKing community knows deep down, that Void is OP and there is no pride to PK with it.

Did it kill the game? That depends, if you enjoyed over-powered updates but knew they were OP so you hated them at the same time, yes, sorry, OSRS is dead.

Next nerf, shift click. Quit being lazy people. The game was designed without it and players maxed their accounts without it. Just not all of them.

Not sure, but i cant really remember the poll for these changes. You do know that you just made zulrah worthelss? How do you figure this 30% nerf?
People, like myself, have spent time to learn zulrah and prepare their accounts for this boss. And even the best of us still die at the zulrah.

Slowly starting to kill the game.
Serp helm was perfect. What kind of excuse is this, it's hard to introduce new helmets? Is there really so much demand for new items in this game?

Starting to lose interest in this game if you make changes that people dont ask for.

Please consider adding an option to have the world map locked to right-click only, it's so common to misclick it while using the minimap to click and move somewhere south-east =/
