pretty much this, noobs that couldn't do zulrah with their 10m bank kept crying to mods so they can nerf it and same for void. noobs couldn't last long at pest control so they cried to the mods so they can nerf it

I do like the update.
But a few things are sad.
The shark drop from zulrah was like the main way ironmen got sharks in game. It's just a waste of time to fish sharks all that time to go bossing. You punish ironmen with this. Better to reduce drop rate of them, but not change to manta rays, that's just silly.

And the serp helm... The venom remove is just sad IMHO. I really loved watching videos on youtube of def pures killing players with venom. You have just ruined great series with this and ruined all def pures accounts :)

Other than that - love the update.

Ash, you guys could consider buffing Elite void now.

Making it's requirements 75+ in all combat skills + Elite western diary.
Therefore giving Elite void a 15% damage boost + the Prayer bonus it already has.

(Ofc, people who own Elite void and don't have the requirements for the diary get their wasted points back.)

Ahahaha, I would join but no exp waste.

It's kids who had it easy, and now can't imagine actually having to do the skill needed to get the resources from that skill.

Well, i hope that just like you, other pieces of trash players who build an entire account for a money making OP content quit for good, it would make the community far better without those whinny stupid noobs who cant measure the game improvements in a medium-long period of time.

Well, i hope you're right too - cause then you can finally play in an empty world with no other players, since they've all left. Probably for the better, since i sincerely doubt anyone would actually enjoy your company.

People don't seem to understand the term "Game balancing" these changes aim to better the future. Everyone here is completely self interested in profits rather than the overall picture. Probably won't understand or care too either, so complain or quit instead of sobbing.

I have been training my alt 07scape account for a while to get ready to kill Zulrah, now i see little to no point as it is less rewarding and nobody is going to be buying serp's, meaning more scales will enter the game and lower price.

I understand the need for balance, however this update is not in the right direction. If you want to keep the current Zulrah with the new drops, then fine. But consider releasing a hard mode with the old drop table as it would be more challenging / rewarding and thus increase demand of supplies to kill it while not overflooding the market.

i will still try get my 1sr Zulrah kill on my alt, however, but considering how expensive most items are ingame, now do not see a long term profit maker

The willdy nerf failed its poll and you went ahead and done it anyway.

Void has been in game for years and without polling it you decide it needs a balancing nerf even though it already had a serious disadvantage of having no defense stats.

Serp helm also been in game for years now its main useful purpose nerfed without a poll.

Basically it now seems you intend to do anything you like to the game without a poll and call it a balancing change.

Balancing changes without polling should only be done on recent additions (where impacts on other things or too much profit/xp where not realised when released).

You have gone back on promises made when the original poll for osrs to exist was made.

My main gripe is the fact that this has been done without a poll and i can no longer trust you.

Check my subscriptions to 3 accounts, tomorow they wont exist as i will cancel my card subs when i get home later.
