If a new trade system is called auction house,
then let it be like an auction.

You do not have to be on line to sell, but have to be on to buy.

The highest bidder buys the item(s).

If the items(s) do not sell after a certain time,

then they are returned to the owner.

At first blush, the idea of having to buy the exact offer is lame... but, after some thought, I actually quite like that idea.

Can't wait to see this implemented.

Much better than the G.E and I can see myself supporting this; however, I disagree with the offline trading. Mod Mat K is there anyway that offline trading could be polled with a yes or no option when you poll the trading solution?

I for one initially voted for offline trading. I basically wanted a GE copy.

Under the rules currently described here, I would change my vote to no offline trading. Should definitely re-poll.

Heya,

I can't begin to be more excited for this, like, I've always wanted the Auction House because it's much better than the G.E but not as broken as the G.E, what I mean is things have specific quantities etc, which means you probably can't buy 100,000,000 regular logs at a click of a button... Depends who actually has 100m logs that they woodcut themselves lol

But I'm excited for this nonetheless. The place to put this Auction House is in Varrock West Bank (since it's the main trading hub), place the Action House Kiosks or whatever adjacent to the banks and extend the bank so it has a wide area for players to classically spam Buying X item for X amount of GP

EDIT: If you could add in a bidding system, like highest bid wins that would be great. Like in other games with Auction Houses you can either put up a Buy Out or a Bid offer in the AH, if that could happen that'd be great
