Offline Trading Time Limit - if we must have offline trading then a time limit would be good! (if we are talking hours and not days)

Buy x/Sell * Toggle Option - Would rather have the player interaction of asking the seller for a certain amount ... but we have to compromise sometimes!

Physical Location - As long as it's small. Would prefer something (a notice bored/small stand) inside all banks or having the general stores double as the A.H would work too.

Also-
Having the Auction House interface show what players are online/offline next to their name would be helpful.

so ge with option see person who buying/selling

guys/girls at jagex might well as removed eoc and staid 1 game

but instead going same path without eoc power creeping making skills easier

Looks really interesting! I hope it works out as intended :)
Some things I'm not totally sure about, as personally I want full on Grand Exchange, offline trading - the lot!
But this idea still looks like it solves a lot of problems and something I'd say yes to :D
