The gold set would be attainable in 50 hours as opposed to the 400 it currently takes. Unless the 350 hours I would have wasted would be compensated somehow, no thank you.

I would like to be compensated for the hundreds of hours I wasted not knowing about RuneScape. It's not fair that you played before I did and never told me about this great game.

If you can't comprehend the difference, I don't know what to tell you.

(I do have the set for the record, in case you misinterpreted my original post)

If you still don't see the point, think of it not only in terms of time but effort.
RS1: 123 combat - 1648 total - 112 QP
RS2: 126 combat - 2277 total - 284 QP
RS3: 138 combat - 2803 total - 378 QP

How about instead of adding even more blue dragons, you just remove some of the blue dragon bots? I guess that would cut back on the revenue though.

Can I look forward to you adding new blue dragons every few months, then? I'd be careful with that, though - you don't want to devalue blue dragon bots too much.

Re: herblore cape, your suggestion sounds a lot like barbarian herblore/ potion making (rrraaaargh who cares if the herb is grimy). Why don't you make it similar to barbarian harpoon fishing requiring 5-10 higher levels than making usual potions, granting your suggested max cape effect?

I'd much prefer the cape getting infinite amulet of chemistry effect.

Question: Players who have completed the Elite Wilderness Achievement Diary receive noted dragon bone drops when killing dragons within the Wilderness. Should they also receive noted dragon bones when killing players who have dragon bones in their inventory?

This could be the greatest update of all time, but how is it meant to pass a poll when the 100k green drag botters vote no.

And it would rise the price of dragon bones thus bringing incintive to normal players to kill drags.

This should pass without a poll.

Most of the people disappointed in the Castle Wars poll are CW veterans and while I agree that the increase is fairly steep, I starkly disagree with the notion that it would kill the minigame.

Reason being: I would venture to say the reason a lot of players don't play already is because the minigame is dreadfully slow. I for one want to progress in the game and the reason I don't play Castle Wars is because currently it is a waste of time. But if it had a faster approach then I would certainly be drawn to compete in the minigame.

I would argue that others feel similarly to this.

And if we continually argue because "I've grinded so many hours for this," the game itself, I feel, would never progress. Wintertodt had similar criticisms, but eventually compromise was struck and it's a fairly balanced minigame, while simultaneously being a fun and useful way to train fire making. There needs to be compromise somewhere along the line. That's why Oldschool happened--compromise.

Just my opinion though.

All that said I do think the tickets rewarded suggestion needs to be nerfed a bit. Twenty Five tickets for a win is quite a lot.

Im not a big fan of the castle wars update, if the tickets gained increases that potentially means a best in slot item for 1 defence pures in the halo can be obtained in 12 games.

I think really it has to stay as it is in terms of the rewards, they have always been a grind and everyone is aware of that, unless the prices of items increase in line with the new ticket values and then maybe introduce even lower tier gear or make the halo no longer best in slot.

Not sure about exactly how big the increase should be for ticket rewards, but regardless, I've seen some valid concerns about people seeking compensation for their hard-earned CW tickets pre-buff.

I'd like to suggest that if you make the change, you could classify tickets that were earned before the buff differently - pre buff tickets could be worth more than post-buff tickets. This could balance out the effort expended in earning them.
