Excited to see this happen! Shame it's only for new accounts though, was hoping to see all + yews seems a bit unnecessary considering bots are very much under control it appears.
Look forward to when f2p is in full swing :]

What is the point in banning when Mod Weath doesn't play on a weekend so everyone just bots all day Saturday & Sunday??

Surely there should be a Mod who can play at weekends...

I can't even Woodcut yews at Catherby W1 there's that many bots...



All the bots will do is gold farm and sell before the weekend is out, logout all week and farm again next weekend.
That's like saying no one gets banned other than between 9-5
Accounts would still get flagged surely

Unlike RS3, us oldschool players have a voice, and we've been asking for a F2P version of OSRS for a very long time, and the lovely jmod team have finally delivered a version of F2P for us, it is not dying at all, silly boy ;)

Until Jagex is done with repairing RS3 (Which in my opinion is impossible, it has clearly reached the point of no return long time ago) in the meanwhile, Jagex continues to lose a critical amount of valuable time while OSRS could be gaining a significant amount of players & subscriptions.

Neither of us is perfect, we're all humans and we make mistakes sometimes, but why blindly repeat a mistake after mistake after mistake Jagex?

I seriously can't seem to understand Jagex, and I'm clearly not the only one.
