Red dragons could drop erm new secondary ingrediants to make an untradeable potion?

Either: Spec recover, super antifire, super prayer, energy renewal or prayer renewal

Back when we offered more potions, including super antifire, they seemed mostly popular, but people didn't like the ingredients coming from a minigame. Putting the ingredient on drop tables would be a good alternative, although other players suggested they could be obtained purely from skilling.

I've always felt that herbs in their original design should've been obtained by picking them off plant spawns off the ground, not from monsters. Maybe have an herb scattered around the Wilderness that can be picked?
