Yes, and that's called "running" or "tabbing". If you're wearing even Dragonhide you can tank from the fence to Edge on a bit of food via running, or even using a tab once you hit 20...

multi combat zones for resource points/monster zones in low level wild, up higher it wouldn't always need to be multi because a single pker has a longer time to attack the skiller and kill them before they can escape. Also a log out timer so players don't just log out in a heart beat after seeing a pker etc oh and the amount of worlds this takes place in
Ok, Singles I can concur with so it's not a pile fest. (still risk, but at least they have a chance of tanking and surviving assuming armor, really not into the place being risk free.)
Amount of worlds perfectly fine IMO.
But explain the logout timer bit.
