Not bad, some of the rings/neck shouldnt have x amount of uses. I can understand the teleports, but the effects should be lowered with no amount option rather than only having so many effects with a x amount opt.

I disagree. Rigour would allow you to hit more often and dish out a bit more damage. while also giving you a whopping 25% to defense. making ranged tanks a better thing now.
sure, its getting a better accuracy buff then even pre nerf, as for damage though 175 to 150 back to 165 is still - 10 that's 2.5 dmg meaning rigour would make it basically hit what it already hits, don't get me wrong I'm ok with 80s as a max from ballista, but rigour wouldn't help its damage is my point. And I simply don't like that.

Low voiders (42def) with only def exp from Monkey madness will be WAY TOO OP
Some people will build their accounts just for the Heavy Ballista and will be unstoppable in wilderness.
You need to add at the very least a def requirement of 60-70. Why? Because high tier levels should be used by high level in order to cap the abuse of a weapon vs lower levels.
I don't get what you guys don't understand. you guys even straw-polled 60 def for Heavy Ballista; which passed at 83%.
I love the new silver jewellery, it'll bring more needed use for silver and semi-precious gems. They have some interesting effects, but a lot of them look rather useless. But oh well, as long as nothing is too overpowered. The new teleports also look sweet.
I also loved the halloween event and it would be a shame if it was gone forever. Quests are always a nice addition, no matter their difficulty.
I agree with others that the seer's ring should also have a slight damage boost, as a slight boost to magic accuracy is rather useless in most situations.
I'm happy that I will finally be able to convert those spare Xeric's talismans, 100 fangs is a perfect amount.
I was waiting so long for this barrows update. I never know if I should get one more kc as it wastes time, but this will show me exactly if I need another kc as I always go for maximum rewards
Overall, this will be a pretty good poll, will be voting yes to most stuff, except the two 2200 worlds.
