You could place the Halloween event as a f2p miniquest (no quest point), as a good middle ground between its event and questlike feel to it.
But I'm loving the silver jewelry. Will there be non-jeweled versions just to look pretty?

So you don't poll balance changes but now you're polling a balance change and the future of the ballista is in the hands of people who notoriously vote for whatever will piss people off.

Honestly, it must take effort to be this bad at your job. This was a "balance change" that needed to be done without a poll, like the first 2. Why in the hell you would poll something that will require the majority of PvP accounts to skill, thinking anyones going to vote for it is hilarious.

NO

This is way over the top now that the POH is used for everything.. Any teleport, fairy ring, regeneration all on a one click teleport from a cape?? No way!

A 99 Ranged cape currently acts as a Avas Accumulator granting 2 perks. Added Ranged Accuracy and the ability to pick up used ammo.

Should a 99 Magic cape act as wearing a god cape granting the magic cape an accuracy bonus the same to wearing a God cape?

This would level the 99 magic cape to 2 simultaneous perks like the Ranged cape currently has.

Ranged cape = 1. Added ranged accuracy. 2. Ammo pick up

Magic cape = 1. Added magic accuracy. 2. 24 hour spell book swap

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why? Because 99 Mage should be able to be celebrated/worn efficiently while training/using it as the Ranged cape is able to be efficiently worn while training/using Ranged.

And because honestly the 24 hour spell book swap is VERY WEAK imo compared to the Ranged cape acting as an Avas Accumulator.

Most of the suggestions make sense to me but the jewellery seems like dead content already. None of its uses really seem helpful, besides the teleports and I personally don't think even more teleports should be added to the game at the moment. I can almost teleport to each individual square with all the teles.

I really like the 2x key drop for Wilderness Hill Giants. But tbh, east low level Wilderness needs more than two Hill Giants. The place is multi-combat and it certainly doesn't help that the two are awfully far from each other. =|

I love the silver jewelery, but am curious, when the charges fade is the item destroyed, or are they just uncharged and you can use the spell on them once more?

I love the event becoming a ftp quest, it has always hit my ocd that ftp quests end at 39 qp.....lol

Ballista changes will really only affect pking (not a pker so can't comment on it) And I don't think the seers ring is giving it enough of a boost to make is viable.

OTHER QUESTIONS-
Honestly the champions are due for an update, adding more champions, maybe a kalphite or dragon, even an experiment lol

I think saying 'lots' is a fun achievement should be kept, once u pass the 65k w/e number who cares about the exact amount by then, you've just killed lots hahaha

Taverly shortcut- I love this!

Xeric, maybe not a convert option, just an npc nearby who buys the talisman for teeth, but I think 100 is a bit too steep. I would say closer to 30 or 50 teeth makes sense.

Cosmic Altar, I think it is fine how it is, if you want faster you can go to abyss.

Rings going ftp and Kurasks slayer- sure why not.

POH Dummy yes it should, and a step farther, I would like to see a secondary splash when using guthans maybe a fake disease hit that shows what the max healing you can get from it.

Magic imbue, no it shouldn't, if you click high-alchemy too fast it just stops out your clicking, same principle should apply.

Hill giants not double, maybe 1.5x

Shilo and Scorpia keep as is.

Nuff certificate and Construction cape YES!!!!!

Give the Heavy ballista its original stats. 175 str and 120 accuracy.

The requirement to complete mm2 and 75 ranged is enough IMO.

I disagree. Rigour would allow you to hit more often and dish out a bit more damage. while also giving you a whopping 25% to defense. making ranged tanks a better thing now.
