I love the Silver jewelry concept, but the effects of each piece ought to be polled and/or changed, IMO. Some of the ideas are neat, such as new teleport locations, but I think there are better functions that they could serve. Their suggested chance-based purposes seem pretty lame and unnecessary. And as someone mentioned earlier, I don't think that silver jewelry ought to offer better features than gold jewelry; just seems backward, unless for some reason enchanting the silver jewelry requires a higher Magic level than gold jewelry, requires additional resources to create, or something like that.
I like the problem resolution that took place regarding the Light and Heavy ballistas, by the way. Perhaps alter the Special Attack a bit, too? Such as having the Light ballista's Special Attack deal 25% more damage, and the Heavy ballista's Special Attack deal 35% more damage.
As for the Seers ring, I think it ought to offer a small Magic damage bonus (as small as 1% would be fine, but no more than 5% even when imbued), instead of offering better offensive and defensive bonuses.
Regarding worlds that a Total Level or Quest Point requirement, I think they're completely pointless; just like pets and cosmetic items that serve no purpose.
