no taxes . like I said in earlier posts make a firm price. not negotiable. a mandatory permanent price for life. and the market never effects the price ever.if cosmic rune is 100 gp now, it is 100 gp next week, and 100 gp next year, and 100 gp in 10 years.no matter if people try to buy 1 or 100 billion the price does not fluctuate. but only allowed to buy 100 battle staffs with 4 or 6 hr time period. or 1000 or 500 of laws , nats exc. common runes can buy more like fire , air ,earth,water. and more valuable like laws nats death blood less amount per 4 or 6 hrs.

I no one thing . if a trading post allows us to see trades. but we cannot buy threw it. I will not go off only friends seeing me. and I will not trade a live person that I am not currently friends with. I have been scammed by auto clickers twice. I will not find and track down scammers for trades. either I buy threw the trading post aka ge aka trading station or I will not trade. and they better do something bout them stupid god eggs we get in nests that are obsolete in the current game. just like spider carcasses.

Let's NOT babyproof the game and make it totally mindless and devoid of risk just because you don't know what the heck you're doing.
Do research on what you're buying, decide for yourself what a fair price is, check the confirm screen when you trade.
Seriously, it was updates even LESS extreme than what you're suggesting that made most of the playerbase quit back in late '07 and '08. I don't want to see something similar happen with OSRS.
I ask anyone who wants restricted or automated trade to PLEASE reconsider their position.

Once again JAGEX you've ruined something great. I don't even understand the purpose of question # 4. If question 1 passes players will have to meet up and trade with the old interface rather than use the new trading solution? Or something like that?

This is the whole basis for this update, and it's not going to pass. This entire update is so that players don't have to talk to or trade with someone, runescape has one of the darkest and toughest communities in a game and most players are either extremely rude behind their keyboards. Obnoxious morons, or just plain stupid. Trading with them is like the Black Death.

If this poll question doesn't pass, it defeats the whole purpose of the poll, this is all players even want. It's at 71% now, and I think that's enough of a majority to accept the question.

If that question has to have 75%, then it won't pass and all you'll have done is wasted your time adding a interface that does exactly the same thing as the oldshool rs help site'a price guide does. Which I'm sure more players would actively still use than this.

Please make some form of an adjustment. If you weren't releasing corp, and I had to continue to trade these children, id cancel my membership forever.

Absolutely happy that multiple people support this opinion, hit up JAGEX on twitter, reddit , or if your a person with connections than please make this situation aware. Good luck out there people, it's a rough and stupid world.

Thanks a lot, my face fell off because I read this. Now I need major surgery. ONLY SOMEONE WITH THEIR BRAIN IN THEIR ASS AND THEIR ASS IN THEIR BRAIN COULD FALL FOR AN AUTOCLICKER SCAM.

I agree with you, I hate trading these trash kids. 9/10 trades "non zaibez price guide" are scams, foolish morons not knowing what their doing or jerk offs trying to merc* for 500k over an items price.

We basically should just have a g.e, but sorry, they aren't going to add a trade system so you can not get traded.

And as for the fixed price thing, do they do that in real life so that you don't get scammed or merched? No? I thought so.

Zyb works fine for me. Players make the market, prices are based between the lowest seller and highest buyer to determine item values (just like in 2006 which is what we petitioned for in the first place with So_Wreck3d).

I really only see more bots running the market or the new Smokin_Mils clan forming if we revert back to automated trades. You lose community when we don't know our buyers/sellers in person. There is a loss of interaction and the game goes stale.

Fewer bots can make trades if we don't allow a replacement Grand Exchange to invade Old School. Just my two cents on the matter.

@tidasf10, If they set a market we will just bump up the street value on items using needles and remake 2008 all over again. They know better than to force people to sell at an imaginary value that isn't the true worth of supply/demand.

well daaa first of all. it was 3 am my time. second I had 1000 pounds including momentum slam me on my back on a cement floor. I have traumatic brain injury, major migranes and having problems seeing at times. and people scam u because they can with current trading aka scamming requirements. there is no way I will trade another person unless it is in a rs machine like a ge, trading post, or trading station. I will not trade an average murderer aka pkers, scammers, merchers exc. it should be moderated so others with large amount of money can just buy 100 million laws. then regulate and sell for 100 gp profit each. they should give other ability to buy and sell at fair prices.

I would use an in-game Zyb. I'm playing on a very faint 3g signal right now and I can't load websites while playing without constantly losing my connection.
I'm confident that however Jagex implements it, option #1 will solve most of people's trade problems while keeping direct player interaction an integral part of the game mechanics. Trading should be more than just sticking your items/money in a box and letting the game complete your transactions for your. Face-to-face trading is more fun, interactive and definitely more old-school.

Also, it would be wrong for jagex to flake on the 75% requirement, and not only because it would set a bad precedent but because this ridiculously high requirement was made so that only ridiculously good updates that have the support of a ridiculously large majority of players make it into the oldschool version of the game.
I'm sorry, but 71% just isn't enough support.

that's why I said make it firm prices . not have markets change do to how valuable they are. if today next week or next year or 10 years price stays the same. just like persay full bandos runs 200 mill today no matter what update comes bandos stays 200 mill in 10 years. do not allow jagex to crash my once over 400 mil net worth to 220 mil net worth over nite like when evolution of crap implemented!!!!

my 70 mil sgs crashed to what like 13 mil just since eoc beta how pathetic. no actually pathetic is. how only like 60 percent of rs maybe wanted to try or do beta. most of wich did not do it or logged out because it was crap. then 82 percent of people that finished beta liked it. so actually like 70 % of rs hated beta and they still emplimented it. now that's pathetic.
