I'm not sure if you're serious or an idiot. Firstly, how do you think a GE/Trading Post system works? Someone still has to go and cut the yew logs and put up an offer for me to be able to buy them, they're not just spawned into the game. The game is still multi-player whether i have to spend half an hour in W1 to find them or whether i can go to a Trading Post and purchase them...
No you are wrong. The economy isn't based off beads. Ok fine with the AH maybe you can now get 5k for your set of beads! Great, fantastic. That has no impact on the "economy" because there is no real demand for it. Take something there is demand for...say Sharks for exmaple. A merc* clan can easily decide in the morning..."Hey lets guy buy all the sharks that are on the AH right now and sell them tonight buy increase the price by 200 each." They can do that because all it would take is a few clicks. They economy would not be stable and would not be good for the game. Use your brain for that one.
As for my other point...obivously yes someone chopped the yew logs or fished the sharks that you would buy from the system but it creates the illusion that they do come out of no where. There is no sense of community when buy things from an Auction House but there is when you buy them from a player. I'm not saying it will kill the game instantly but overtime I guarantee it will decress the quality of the game.
