There probably won't be a huge amount of Herblore experience on offer. Firemaking is the main skill used.

Thank you for your quick reply! It would be a shame to see Wintertodt replace conventional Herblore training for ironmen the way tithe farming became the preferred farming training method.

Winterdodt sounds very interesting! Looking forward to hear more of that!

I hope the pyromancer outfit looks amazingly hot (not necessary with fire) as f*ck! I already got my 99 fm but would love to show off the outfit together with the cape.

No to the Tome of Fire, sorry. Doesn't feel very OSRS-like.

Having doubts about the superior slayer encounters. How strong are they actually meant to be? If you semi-afk you'd constantly have to worry about not dying to a random spawn? It reduces afk-time which is good for Jagex letting us play the game actively. But the charm about RuneScape is that you can play it while doing other useful things.

Blast Furnace: sure why not, convenient. How does the cost work? Does one player has to pay 60k for everyone in that world or is it shared? Or I'm probably missing something.

Other stuff I'd lke to comment on:
- Yes to F2P skill+ worlds. F2P deserves some spotlight.
- I don't know if hitsplats update would take away the Old School feeling? Guess not really.
- Yes to the BA updates, Temple Trekking quick-start and Pyramid Plunder door algorithm. Some quality of life, f*ck yes!
- Yes to the Ring of the Gods buff. It's been underpowered since MM2.
- No to Nature Grotto and fairy ring, we've had enough easyscape in the above. :P
- Yes to cutting cacti. Makes sense.
- No to ring of suffering/ring of recoil. In my opinion bit overpowered.
- No to gem rocks. I believe there are plenty already. Also no to the deposit box.
- Yes to the music skillcape perk! That would make perfect sense and comes in handy.
- I don't know about the Rogues' outfit. I think many players haven't seen a lot of them and don't really know about it.
- Yes to farmers cutting fruit trees! It does make high level farming runs even more faster but there's no real point in not being able to pay them to cut it for you.

Tried to do my best to give some feedback.

Cheers for all the hard work, Jagex! :)

No to anymore magic damage boosts, especially not one that's 50%.

The fact that people believe every single new update needs something that is best in slot or increases the current max hit or is the new best xp/h or gp/h in order for people to use it is sad. This kind of "motivation" just to get people to use new content is counter-productive and will ruin the game in the long run, I had the unfortunate experience of being there when it happened the first time.

I'm glad there's some caution with the updates that are proposed and some thought put into reducing the amount of power creep/xp creep, but that's all it is: slowing it down. There never seems to be any discussions to explore alternatives and every update just gets some new 'best' thing slapped into it so that it's not dead content instantly.

Now, assuming all these boosts work off of base magic level, this would give fire wave, a level 75 spell, a max hit of 36 (or 39 when slaying.) Fire bolt would also be insanely cheap (~100gp per cast) hitting 25s on slayer tasks.

Compare this with ice barrage: locked behind a master quest, 5x the cost of fire wave to cast , and 94 magic requirement.

Also, unless it's very rare or the pages from Wintertodt increase the cost significantly, it would significantly lower the price of the smoke battlestaff with its unlimited fire runes, and would probably be more effective than the trident (in cost/damage/experience.)

tl;dr
Regardless of the effect this specific item has, I hope future updates can explore alternatives to simply adding new 'best xp/best profit/best in slot' types of rewards as motivation to get people to use the content.

Ice barrage freezes and multi area attack, fire wave doesn't even come close to the same dps

Question, will the XP from Wintertodt be comparable to current methods? In other words, will it be worth it as far as XP per hour goes, or is this going to be loot/money focused?

Experience will be decent but the focus is more on loot.

Even with a 50% boost, fire spells will still be beaten by other spells (ice for example). This item will help make fire spells useful again but it will not be a new best in slot item.

After thinking about it, the F2P total worlds question is really dumb. If you do not add more worlds, only one , requiring 500-750 total, should be added. Will be voting no if it isnt changed.. :/

If it passes, it will make competing for resources even harder for new players as 2 of their ~8 worlds get unavailable. Bots usually get 100-300 total level which means one world requiring 500 or 750 total level would be enough.

I like every other question as they are, however I feel like the BF dwarves should run it slightly slower than what the best clans do.
