The tomb of fire looks balanced for high-level players to use (Flames of Zamorak and Ancient Magics already out-compete fire spells), but not low-level players (low-level mages would get a serious dps boost from this, devaluing the difficulty of magic combat at low levels for previous players).
I suggest the tomb of fire require level 60 magic to wield, so low-level mages don't get an unwarranted dps boost.

Wintertodt rewards are very underwhelming.
These are just the new rewards. There will also be plenty of existing items on offer from the Wintertodt. That combined with the experience gained should make it quite appealing.
Okay that's good. Any idea on what existing items will be offered and the amounts?

Various skilling supplies. Haven't decided on exact numbers yet.

Is there a reason why the QoL question regarding blast mining isn't in this batch? Mentioned in the last QnA, something along the lines of: Can we have to ability to left click the excavated walls to add the dynamite instead of using the dynamite on the wall
Seems fairly useless then, consider making it work with flames of zammy to become strongest spell in game when buffed with charge? Seems silly to have ice barrage with so much utility, area of effect and best damage.
