My feedback:
I'd like to begin by asking why the level requirements are not higher to use/equip these new items? This leads me to believe that you are leaving wiggle room for even more items to be added in the game in the future. Such is not the essence of oldschool in my opinion; make these raid items have 80+ 90+ level requirements and call it done.
Elder Weapons
The elder maul, with such a magnificent strength bonus, and to coincide with my statement above, should require 90 strength to equip this hefty weapon.
The elder wand should not have melee bonuses. It.. it.. its a wand. Wands don't do that. Other than the melee stats, "the elder wand is a high level magic weapon[...]" but only requires 75 magic? Please, high level magic is 85+ and after all "elder" even sounds like it should have a 90 magic requirement.
-(Just an idea) You could have made it an Elder Staff, which requires the use of both hands, and increased the magic attack stats for lack of defense. But we do have too many staffs and it is nice to see another wand.
Kodai Robes
The stats on these robes are impressive. The only thing I disapprove of is the requirement to equip these robes. New best-in-slot, yet Kodai only requiring 5 more magic levels than Ahrim's is a joke, I hope you understand. The prayer requirement is needed and is a unique addition to this mage gear.
Dragon Platebody
Yes. Just don't make it look like the Eoc armor; that would be bad taste.
Dragon Sword
The prayer effect on the special resembles the dragon scimitar's maybe too closely. It is debatable. Overall good.
Dragon Throwing Axes
Certainly gives pures something to work with. I'm not opposed.
Forgotten Prayers
The community will tell you that these prayers are definitely not forgotten. We remember augury and rigour and preserve. To commemorate, I ask why augury and rigour are more powerful than before?
