Absolutely DO NOT DO THIS. These are the updates that is going to make oldschool turn into rs3 v2. Avid players of oldschool that play osrs because we hate rs3 are going to extremely displeased if any of this passes. Most of the people that support these updates are coming from rs3 and those that solely play old school will not continue playing if this passes. This seems like a ploy to raise prices and amount of purchases of bonds, while distracting the community. I do not approve of Jagex trying to turn oldschool into pay2win.

So these items are going to give us ability bars, homogenizing of items, a dozen interfaces on gui, dual wielding, etc? That's some major logic there. Not even the controversial insignias would make this game anything like RS3. (Which I'm against as well btw, but "zomg, thats rs3!" arguments are just illogical.)

Where do you find such a nice tinfoil hat at? Was gwd also a ploy to raise prices? Zulrah? Sire? Zeah? MM2? All I see raising is the player count.

Believe magic to only be for support? Think again. It's just as valid of a Pking style as melee and range is.

Way too many new items, way too muchpowercreep, way too much tradeables, way too much rs3-like.
Isn't it strange that so many players blindly apply to clans, without ever wondering why there are openings in that clan?

Oh, and disgusting also cuz rigour and augury have been voted on and been voted down. Let's respect that vote and let's not sneak those prayers in with this new raids update.

Only because they were polled with sailing. They are also not being sneaked in, "rigour" and "augury" are plainly listed unlike most recycled content which is renamed such as the ~~statius~~ dragon warhammer.

Dragon sword, throwing axes and platebody are good ideas, but just not for the raids. There should be new quests that as rewards, give you the ability to equip them just like most all other dragon weapons. Also Considering it would be probably the most powerful dragon armor piece I think it should also follow the same rules that most dragon weapons follow and be A quest reward.

D Plate body is good to have in game but this should be won as a new quest reward. OS has been here a while now, and until MM2 no new quests. I would like to see some of the old story lines completed. They don't have to follow the same path as that in RS3, but lets get them completed.

There should be new high end items, (new best in slot) for maxed players, but also good rewards for the lower lvl players. Not everyone needs or wants Best in slot.

I also wish there were more to do, solo, that is one of my reasons for playing in OS. I prefer to play on my own. Most times its rather hard to find and put together teams. Many in RS3 are not joining in on Raids. Oh, don't misunderstand, when Raids first came out many tried them, but after a while, players stopped going and it has become very hard to build teams. I would not like to see that happen in OS. In fact, I don't want to see OS follow the same path of RS3 at all.

Also, I think it would be great if Raids and Rewards were based on Player levels. for instance, a cb lvl 50 gets drops of CB lvl 50-70. and so on. probably to hard to program but it would be nice.

I hate the rewards. You should have just put Turm****, Summoning, and OVLs, and DUNGE back in the game.

Stop trying to make new stuff.

If your gonna give me an item, dont put ur twist on it, make it a tried and true item thats been tested by REAL game devs..

the only way is NEX , the CURRENT jagex establishment will RUIN any chance of OSRS becoming a fun game.. you guys are just TOO..PLAIN..DUMB..
