Why is dragon equipment coming from endgame content? The dragon shortsword looks great, being a tier 60 one-handed stab weapon (yay metal dragon hunting for zerkers!), but the Zamorakian hasta is already available from GWD (which as I understand will be easier than the coming Raids) and is "only" tier 70. Relocate the dragon items to less crazy content - say a mid-level slayer task? As for dragon thrownaxes, they have a solid special attack, but are still only tier 60. Plus, that's a freeze locked behind a boss. I get that melee's only freeze is also locked behind a boss, but that one's tier 75 and has tier 75 stats going for it as well. Dragon platebody's the only thing I can see deserving to be on a boss's drop table. (As for one-handed stab, if you need to keep this, stick in an upgrade for the Zamorakian hasta that bumps it up to tier 75. +20 slash and crush attack bonus, +5 to all defenses except magic, and +3 strength. Or whatever proper tiering is.)
Augury and Rigour really ought to be quest-locked, buuuut releasing them at all is fine with me.
Divine Grace looks outright abysmal to me. Prayer points destroy run energy in terms of value - if I need to run around a bunch, I'm using a stamina potion and energy restores. The only use case I can see here is running to Zamorak GWD where your prayer's gonna tank to 0 anyway...
I don't have direct experience here, but the primary issue dedicated OSRS players seem to have with Magic is that exactly one weapon is viable in PvP: staff of the dead. Better robes, while they'll be in demand for sure, do nothing to solve this problem. Plus as others have mentioned the hat isn't even best in slot.
