Please Jagex, i love you guys and everything you with old school. but this is the first thing i dont like.

its going too far towards RS3.

we dont need dragon platbody. i never missed it. and 90% havent even got the chainbody as an actual drop in the game instead of just buying it from GE.

people would skip dragon sword because people always go from dragon scim towards whip. it doesnt fit between the 2.

and the prayers are good as they are right now. maybe release one more that is completely new. dont release like 8 or 9 new once at a time.

im just trying to give tips and my insights that some things dont make sense.
as i said i always loved and absolutely adored all the updates.

really admire your work guys. please rethink these things <3

I think raids is a good oppertunity to release a new set of mage robes in oldschool. However I would prefer them to be balanced out a bit with Ahrim's. Currently the Kodai robes are superior in every single way to Ahrim's which gives people zero incentive to use Ahrim's after this update (if they are rich enough). I propose that you make the Kodai robes inferior in some characteristic, so there are still certain circumstances in which Ahrim's is superior to use and thus help Ahrim's remain it's value.
The new dragon equipment and the forgotten prayers sound awesome to me!
I really don't like the insignia. I feel like they are completely unnecessary and unfitting in osrs.

Will Ironman be able to participate in raids and obtain all the rewards?
If the answer is no, I would like to remind you that playing an ironman is about challenging yourself, not by locking yourself out of content. Other group activities like pest control are also possible on an ironman, as it should be.

Unfortunately, don't like any of it.

Insignia? What were they thinking? Those are absolutely silly. Game already needs all the item/gold sinks it can get and you're going to add ANOHTER way to negate the rune cost of a spell? Arrows splintering off and hitting multiple enemies? Yikes.

Ranged is powerful enough in the mid game without needing a MASSIVE prayer buff. Augury is a touch powerful, too.

Make Augury 20% accuracy and 20% defence and scrap Rigour.


Dragon Platebody isn't really a big deal, but it is just another step away from what make OSRS - old school. I wouldn't care if this update came in because I don't think it will change anything

Dragon sword - Sure, it fits the missing gap. Why not.


Dragon throwing axes with a 5 second freeze? Game doesn't need Bolas.

Mage robes are w/e. They basically remove Ahrims from the game.

Agree completely. Please poll people's opinions on replacing Ahrim's robes and what exactly they want to happen. The original poll was very shoehorned and misleading.

I Fear the OSRS I put so much time and Energy into since the Day it came out back in 2013 is hitting a downwards spiral if this poll passes.. these concepts, equips... the ideas are a complete Mirror of Rs3 and exactly what we had all hoped to not see with the Birth of Old School Runescape.. I fear all the time, energy and pure enjoyment I've put into my Old school accounts will soon come to an end because if this poll passes I can't even begin to think what will be next...? We All signed a Petition to get Old School Runescape back and we're signing that petition away with each poll we vote "yes" to these OP updates with Best in Slots coming week after week.

Not a fan of the new prayers, or the insignia's. Also the dragon sword seems a little unnecessary with the dragon scim and longsword? Again the dragon platebody is in the same spot where not many players stay at 60 defense and torags/dharoks/guthans are much better.

Seems no-one is actually noticing how all the insignia and robe names are all straight from
japan...

I happen to be fluent in
japanese
and it feels highly awkward, so it's like the names to be all changed.

Dragon items.... just NO.

These raids are supposed to be end game content and level 60 is nowhere near that.
Also please ignore all those who want to make the dragon items more powerful. They're supposed to be significantly worse than level 65 and 70 items.

I like how
rigour and augury
are higher level prayers than piety. Makes sense since eagle eye and mystic might are higher than the +15% boosting melee prayers too.
Also I really don't like power to be buyable so easily, and the quest for chivarly and piety was a good way to go about unlocking those so I want the new prayers not to be tradeable.
I don't really care for the other prayers offered.

Insignias. Sorry but no thanks. I don't like optimizing gear for different tasks to get more and more complicated and a pain with these. Also reminds me of RS3 haha.

Also how about coming clean here and just throwing the new mage robes clearly as a
new BiS mage set
? Make them
require at least 75 mage+def to wear, or even 80
. And adjust the stats to make sure they're better in stats than ahrim's robes. And make sure they're miles harder to get than barrows gear....
