I don't usually throw in my opinion here but... wtf dev team. You have already upset the balance in this game with the godswords and the ballista, just stop adding BIS things. Add things that are equal in power, but different. Hell, make an endgame sword that has magic atk+ for hybrids who don't like nonstop gear switching. Upgrade longbows so theyre actually viable and fun. Yes, we need pvm content. No we do not need more powerful stuff. We already went too far. If this gets pushed, I'm out.

This community is seriously starting to drag rs3 in here and you guys just blatantly allow it to grab more cash. Damnit... I hate the new businessplan of jagex.

It would be better if BiS content would be released MUCH more infrequently. And most of the new updates draw too much inspiration from RS3, it's ridiculous.

I also fear that it's becoming a trend to force updates (we get updates almost every week) on OSRS. It's changing too fast.

I do totally agree with both statements. We are moving to a point that there is no other option than changing the whole combat system (like before) because Bis over Bis. We don't want previous updates like "soaking" and eventualy EOC, do we?

Please poll rigour and augury with a defence requirement. If you don't I highly doubt this meleescape community will let it pass. Please for the sake of the other accounts out there that don't use melee as their main combat style. Please just poll it with a 70 defence requirement so the 42 defence voiders won't get stronger and the meleescape community will maybe let this pass. Legit this game has been very melee biased for way too long. The addition of the Ballista was a start in a good direction. Hopefully this is the next step.

The dragon stuff- Yes
The mage gear- Why not
The prayers- Rather not
The insignias- For the love of god, please don't add these.

I know OSRS has to develop further with new content and all, but adding these things like insignias is too much in the direction of RS3. I play OSRS for the special oldschool feel it has. Adding these would only destroy that special oldschool feel. The prayers are borderline aswell in my opinion.

Devs, please try to preserve the oldschool feel!

Please consider the Power Creep effect. These insignias sound alarming, they would just make the game confusing.

I am perfectly happy with the game as it is (plain and realistic) and I would rather not waste time hunting a reward that gets useless the month after.

This. I have no idea why Jagex is feeling the need to just constantly put out OP/Endgame content as fast as possible. Even the original RS2 didn't have THIS many big updates in short times.

CHILL OUT JAGEX. Like seriously.
Take more time to figure out what you're doing with these updates instead of just giving it to us the fastest you can put them out..

And also, can someone explain exactly WTF raids actually is?
