No anime and no insignias. This is the slow morph to RS3. Stop this now!

I will respectfully disagree that updates like this mean it's RS3. However, I'm going to have to *really* berate you under my breath, because I don't understand the "no anime" thing. Care to elaborate, or are you just being another weirdo too? That is the THIRD time I've seen that phrase used on this topic.

He means he wants the graphics to stay in the style of OSRS, as do I. The samurai robes shown as a drop from new clue scrolls yet to be released, and a few other things I've noticed tend to be shifting into the Japanese Anime graphics style. Let's keep it old school.

. Augury would make that so much more accurate, and with insignias as well, that would be another huge add-on, not to mention SOT* pures who hit 37s at 45/50 combat, and the trident, which hits 39s in pvm.

Can you imagine getting hit 90s by a ballista-wielding void ranger? Rigour with the +20 and +23 stats would make this weapon way overpowered. If the ballista is nerfed before introducing this prayer that would be best.

Augury will be 5% more accurate than mystic might, which considering the much higher prayer requirement alongside the more rapid prayer drain..is very reasonable. It will not be "much more" accurate. I'm suspecting the accuracy difference against most opponents will be no more then 2-3%, if even that.

As for as the trident hitting 39s in PvM. Melee hits close to 50s in PvM and with a lower cost.

Ballista will still be weaker than AGS. Rigour will be around 8% stronger than eagle eye when damage is concerned. If nerfs are done, it should be done with rigour, bringing it down to a 5% increase.

Is Jagex forgetting why they brought oldschool here to begin with??????

Because we wanted a game that didn't have eoc, that's it. Was you under the impression that it was for another reason?

Yes, it's to keep it the old school game. As it was in 2007. Minor additions to content are fine, but not huge game changing updates. That's not old school.

Anyone think maybe some kind of abilities would be cool too? :)

They'd be like special attacks, but we could use them without much of a cooldown. Some could stun, or disable prayers, or deal damage over time... stuff like that. Probably have to put them on hotkeys to make them easier to use, it'd be a pain in the ass to have to constantly click them. I think it's really what OSRS needs. Would definitely light up the PKing scene.

Hm...maybe...just MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYBE, the magical robes could be just a little weaker than Ahrim? i mean, the whole point of degrading outfits is that they are not lineary but exponentially stronger than other armors because they...well...degrade, i get that this ones are level 75 rather than 70 but i don't think anyone is willing to see the crazy power creep that now infests the main version of the game...or is it that these ones also degrade =/? i mean, i would rather see that new magic set as an equivalent to Bandos and Armadyl (65) than seeing magic once again needing to overcompensate levels =/
