Forgotten prayers

Preserve - Reasonable enough, I suppose.
Poison absorb - Why would you willingly smite yourself, alongside draining extra prayer points by using this prayer? Sipping an anti-poison of some kind is infinitely more efficient. I think this one needs redoing.
Augury - Again, reasonable enough, if a little too powerful. How about +20% accuracy and +25% defence instead?
Divine Grace - Why would you use this over stamina potions?
Rigour - With a prayer requirement that high, I think that's acceptable. As long as low level ballista PKers don't get access to it I think that's fine as it is.
Venom Absorb - Again, why would you use this over an antivenom?
Ancient insignia
This sounds interesting.
The Yumi insignia can hold ammo and provides a 10% chance of each shot splintering and hitting up to two additional targets. It also provides +5 Ranged attack and +5 Magic defence.
This sounds like it'd make the already ludicrous experience rates for ranged training even higher, which I'm not sure I like the sound of.
The Seji insignia provides a 10% chance of negating the rune cost when casting a spell (stacks additively with the Staff of the Dead). It also provides +5 Magic attack and +5 in all melee defences.
Fair enough. I don't have any complaints with this.
The Benkei insignia increases the effectiveness of stat boosting prayers by 10%. For example, ultimate strength would provide a 16.5% boost to Strength with the insignia equipped, compared to the usual 15%.
This sounds like a rusher's wet dream. I think this needs rework, or to be scrapped entirely.
The Kabe insignia gives +5 in all defences. We are open to suggestions for an effect for this insignia, but are also happy offering it without.
In its current state, this sounds as if it's going to be the Ahrim's hood of insignia drops. You're right to be asking for effects, methinks
