I realize I didn't give my opinion on the new magic robes, and dragon sword, I'm going to give them a no... Also to be more blunt about the prayers, I was compromising in worry that it actually happens, I do not feel they should be added into the game, K.I.S.S. I am not sure what raids are, and the more I think about it, can this entire update just be scrapped?
Sorry, I do not approve of this update, it might as well be RS3 with oldschool graphics. I started playing this game because I thought it would be 07 runescape. Not a future RS3.

@Neither Both i like the idea but what about the monsters in the wilderness, most of them are aggressive no matter what your combat level is,
It's not your combat level that reduces the charges, it's the npc's combat level. Say there were 1,000 charges and you ran past some skeletons in level 7 wildy, they'd drain 13 points from the charges. Wouldn't matter if it's in the wildy or not, but maybe have it just keep pulling charges the longer you're around it instead of it being a small period of non-aggro per npc.
I'd be happy to have it charged with gold and usable by skillers, you could have the ratio of GP per charge be dependant on the players combat level. Or maybe throw in Firemaking and allow charges based on burning logs, kinda like how the bone-crusher works with ecto tokens.
Just my two cents.

I would say a no to the insignias. They sound like they're practically auras which wouldn't be good for this game. They were a mistake in eoc and would be a mistake in os.
- No, this will be another item in-game that is just ridiculous where theres no sort of sink for the item. and i mean... BiS Hat? 3a mage hat...
Rigour, Augury, & Preserve
- okay, preserve seems slightly op... maybe make it 10%. Rigour and Augury should be as is..... 74 for range 77 for augury and NO + DEFENCE. Make them for Accuracy... not for additional damage.
Dragon Platebody
- Require it to be combined with D chain + 2 shards, don't devalue the nostalgic items (d chain) more than it already has been.
Dragon Throwing axes
- No, would be too overpowered with teams of d hide's with throwing axe specs... T_T...
Dragon Short Sword
- Yes... but again 25% additional damage... maybe 15%, it would be too overpowered for a dragon weapon. considering dds, d mace, and d long are already very strong.
Insignia's
- No... the only ones worth while that are NOT stupidly overpowered.... are range and mage... and even those are questionably strong.
