GAMES NEED UPDATES TO THRIVE. NO UPDATES = NO GAME BECAUSE OF WANING INTEREST. ONCE EVERYONE HITS MAX LEVELS/ALL QUESTS WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO? COLLECT BUCKETS?

See, I can make myself heard too, by being an obnoxious little all-caps-user. Not so great when you do it and then you see one that doesn't agree with yours, now is it? Makes you cringe, doesn't it? Like what I've seen with people who are all "OMG I'MMA QUITTZORZ"!

Seriously pathetic. EoC was not ready, yes, but OS will never have EoC. Get over yourselves, sheeple! It's not coming!

OSRS's highest armor tier, if it had any, is 75. You think that's bad? They went full potato on RS3 by pulling a random number from 91 to 99 and now on RS3 we have Telos's weapons at Tier 92 ! In comparison you guys have it really weak. Oh, I almost forgot.

And eoc was such an awesome update (gotta have 'em for the game to survive!) that old school was born in order to keep jagex from goin' belly up.

It's as asinine (more so, IMO) to claim it's gotta have THESE updates or it will die (and while you didn't claim it you only implied it, it's no real diff as far as I can see.

I am not defending EoC by any means, but every time new stuff is announced for OS there's always a very good portion of whiners that make themselves heard, and it's gotten REALLY old. Artisian and Sailing were two updates I was PSYCHED for - new skills! But the people whined, and Jagex took it as "Nobody likes this let's scrap it". There were indeed people who wanted it, but because a vocal minority spoke up (rudely I might add, with threats and ultimatums about quitting and going to other games), we didn't' get potentially great new content. Oh, I almost forgot.

Fair enough. I'm just really frustrated with the polling system; it seems to breed more hatred among players for RS3's mechanics and gameplay. It just really bothers me that Jagex hasn't tried revamping it or something. 75% is a bit higher than I'd expect for it to need to pass. Oh, I almost forgot.

Oh hai RS3. I thought you were Old School Runescape? WTF really? Dragon Platebody again? And btw these "insignias" look a lot like Auras which ****** me off the first time they were released. Please don't ruin this game as well. I liked the fact it couldn't be f***ed up but I guess I was wrong.

Just as an aside. The other items seem great. Sure, we need a good mage/range prayer but ffs people they're taking the same path they took to ***** up the same last time. (Auras and Dragon Platebody were really the mark of incipient doom for RS3. Not EoC.)

Thought this was "old school RS" but we seem to be leading to RS3/EOC again, sounds like the "aura" effects, you remember.. they assisted in ruining the game last time.. what is different this time around?

People come back to old school because the changes made in RS3 and EOC ruined the game. Seems a bit rinse repeat...

Let's look at recent events..
EoC - similar to WoW
Raids - WoW
"F" key functions to fight - WoW . . . .
New Prayers OS - New (now old) RS3
RS3/EOC Aura cape slot (buffs) - OS Aura Ammo slot (buffs)

New bosses brought out at recent, new quest, new items, new slayer master, new new new.. so why must there be SO much more in short succession.. It will change the game completely. Miss 1 week on OS and you come back to a new game..

I agree with other posts that this can not be best in slot on attack bonus' but should rather be a trade off for more defence with lower offensives.

Dragon sword
Like the stats and special. Just sad this isn't coming with a quest requirement like all other dragon items.

Dragon throwing axes
Could provide some interesting pvp tactics, but it is pvp only.

Dragon platebody
I agree with other posts. Make it like a bludgeon: 3 pcs with one being the dragon chainbody. Would help make KQ a more hunted creature.

Forgotten prayers
I like all the ideas apart from the range and magic booster. I think we're fine where we are right now. I don't think it's fair that the scrolls are tradable. I think you should make the scroll a rare untradable drop and just have it unlock all the prayers.

Make these prayers, each in a separate poll. I don't want to vote no because those magic/ranged prayers are in there. Because I will

This is around where I quiet RS3. I will vote no with all 3 accounts if this is polled.

Final note
Can you please stop putting dev time into creating new content while there is so much old stuff to revive? I know this is drawing new players which is more profitable but I think oldschool will only last if you let your current playerbase come first. Thank you in advance.
